Self-park or valet options available, valet parking is RM 25 per day and RM 10 for each subsequent entry.
Booking is based on number of occupancy booked for that room reservation, any additional guest will be offered option of room upgrade, extra room, or extra day bed charge where applicable.
Children added in the booking confirmation are permitted to stay for free; however meals arrangement will be charged separately.
The swimming pool is open for use on a first come, first served basis.

We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay room was clean modern and spacious, the staff were all lovely a special mention to Aziz at reception for sorting out our late checkout and Sara in Bilu Bilu for her great service. The resort is a little run down and they are doing a lot of repairs at the moment, this did not affect our stay.

Unfortunately the day we arrived, we were informed there was going to be a power outage in the afternoon. Had they informed us ahead of time we could’ve made other plans. The powrer wasn’t restored 2 hours past the promised time and we had to request for a change of rooms. 2 days later, there was still no power to one section of the resort. That left the guests with only 1 restaurant for food options.
Overall, the staff tried their best to manage things but I wish things had been different.

Unique viillas over water, nice pool, chinese new years banquet great.
Oily smell, dirty beach, breakfast included but often shortages of best foods.

Foooooood o my god, so many people at breakfast they ran out of everything, couldn’t keep any food in the warmers, bland, unripe fruit, anything cheap was abundant but was so not worth eating. The room and view were nice but NOT worth the price with the quality of food they served!!!

This place is beautiful. Not much to do around the area. The local foods are amazing. It is worth the stay for a few days to relax. The staff is super friendly. You can order Grab rides at the hotel. The hotel will tell you that it is too remote to order a Grab ride.

This was supposed to be the best stop of our trip. We were disappointed that the resort was not maintained well. There was lots of black mould, tarps on the front building and restaurant.
It is clearly a resort in decline. Staff were hit and miss. Some were great and other not so much. Food was not great especially at the breakfast buffet and the Malay restaurant. The Chinese restaurant was decent.
All in all a 3 star star resort at best. Area outside of the resort seems to have been abandoned . Lastly, don't expect Maldives type water. It's muddy brown as it is built between two good size rivers.
This place has huge potential but would require an investment in maintainance and customer services training.

We were disappointed that the shuttle does not drop guest to a place where you can get a grab to move around. Grab does nor come there when you call them and this left us desperate. We have to at the end get a private car to drop us where we wanted to go because their shuttle was too expensive.

這次入住選了平台上的含晚餐的方案，網頁上有註明是BBQ晚餐。本以為是吃到飽的，後來發現不是。以為是一人一份，結果卻是一個四人房只有一份餐點。餐點是不錯，但是份量實在太少，以價格來說，還不如自己點客房服務划算。這裡的風景不錯，但是這裡的海邊大多是泥，所以有時會有一種泥濘的氣味，不是很好聞。雖然有陽台，但是水面不是清澈的藍，而是黃色的，讓人不太想坐在外面。無邊際泳池倒是非常漂亮。

This was my second visit, following last December. I don't really want to write a bad review, but I would like to see improvements, so I will write one this time.
First, when I checked in, I told the front desk that I wanted to go to the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, but They said that the Chinese restaurant was full and told me to go to another restaurant without checking. When I repeatedly asked to check, there were no other customers in the Chinese restaurant.
When I got to my room and tried to take a bath, there was no hot water. I called the staff to check it out, but in the end they didn't solve it and I couldn't take a bath. This was the same in December.
There were birds nesting on the roof of the cottage and we were bothered by their voices all night long.
When I checked out, I called for a buggy 30 minutes before, but the buggy did not come at the promised time, and although I called many times, the buggy finally arrived 30 minutes after the promised time. I almost missed my flight home because of this.
There were no words of apology for all of the above, and it was a very unpleasant visit.

It was the worst experience. The buffet restaurant staff were unfriendly, and the restaurant itself was very limited. On the way back to the airport, Grab ride service wasn't available. The only positive aspect was that the lounge staff and drivers were somewhat friendly. I would recommend going to a hotel in Kuala Lumpur instead.
