On your way to Resorts World Langkawi * Adhere to strict safety protocols according to your mode of transport 3.Checking-in at Resorts World Langkawi * Resorts World Langkawi is a MySafe Langkawi certified resort * Check your temperature (guests with a reading of 37.5 degrees Celsius will not be allowed to enter) * Scan the MySejahtera QR code * Provide your MySejahtera Digital Vaccination Certificate for verification to our staff 4. Safety Measures during your stay * Daily temperature checks will be conducted for guests and staff * Remember to adhere to the safety protocols 5. Before Departure * Check out at our reception counter * Adhere to strict safety protocols according to your mode of transport * Embark on a safe travel home - Amount Room Deposit (refundable) to be collected base on number of room nights stay as below guideline:- a. Min 1 - 2 nights (RM100) b. Min 3 - 4 nights (RM200) c. Min 5 - 6 nights (RM300) d. Min 7 - 8 nights (RM400) e. Min 9 - 10 nights (RM500)
Customer is to allow a waiting time for the booking to pump in to our property booking system is about 30 minutes to 1 hour. This is to manage customer expectation and to avoid complaints from the customer that no booking found in our booking system upon check-in at our Front office counter / kiosk counter.
As part of our continued commitment to enhancing our property and services, we will close our Family Pool for maintenance from 15th – 22nd January 2026. However, during this period, our Infinity Pool will remain open as usual, from 8am to 12midnight daily.

- Amount Room Deposit (refundable) to be collected base on number of room nights stay as below guideline:-
a. Min 1 - 2 nights (RM100)
b. Min 3 - 4 nights (RM200)
c. Min 5 - 6 nights (RM300)
d. Min 7 - 8 nights (RM400)
e. Min 9 - 10 nights (RM500)
