The room had terrible sound insulation. I could literally hear conversations in the room next door, as well as every time the guests above me used the shower, bathroom, or ran the water. On top of that, I could hear cleaning staff in the hallways and other noises throughout the day. I stayed 5 nights and didn’t have a single good night’s sleep. The mattress made things worse. It was extremely uncomfortable, with noticeable indentations on both sides, creating a raised “mountain-like” effect in the middle. And the pillows were a whole different story. One was super thin, paper thin, and the other was too thick! The room itself was uncomfortably small. There was no space to open my luggage except on the desk, which I had to constantly move things around on whenever I needed the surface. The closet was tiny, and the room lacked basic amenities I would expect from a 4-star hotel, such as an iron and ironing board, hot water kettle, and coffee machine. I was also surprised by the hotel’s welcome message, which essentially warned guests not to trust the cleaning staff and advised that all valuables be kept in the safe. For a 4-star hotel, this felt very off-putting. Overall, I don’t think the stay was worth the price. On a positive note, the location is fantastic. There’s a metro station just 5 minutes away, the city center is walkable in 20–25 minutes, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Extrêmement bien décoré, le hall est splendide. A 5 mn du métro dans un quartier calme et bien fréquenté. La chambre est propre mais vieillotte, notre drap troué, sanitaire ancien... Prestations plutôt d un 3 étoiles en France

A comfortable stay at the heart of Madrid.

La habitación y el personal bien, a mi gusto en la habitación hacia hasta demasiado calor pero tampoco puse demasiado empeño en regular la temperatura, igual se podría haber arreglado. La cama comoda pero la almohada un poco debil y floja tambien para mi gusto. Pero en general recomendable

Struttura datata, concepita come hotel di alto livello dal gusto classico, oggi gestita al risparmio. Molto scarso il servizio, in particolare alla reception, dove è presente un solo impiegato a turno, con tempi d'attesa lunghissimi. Camere di dimensioni medie, generalmente ben tenute. Colazione discreta, nella media della categoria. Pessima la palestra, piccola e data in gestione a personal trainer privati che la occupano costantemente (e rumorosamente) rendendola praticamente inutilizzabile. Punto di forza, la posizione in zona tranquilla, ber servita, lievemente defilata dal centro, che si raggiunge in 20 minuti di cammino.

Quarto muito bom, espaçoso e limpo. O hotel é bem legal, muuuito bem localizado e em uma região segura, com metrô perto. Recomendo bastante.
