직원들 친절하고, 시설 깨끗하고, 식당 퀄리티는 생각만큼 훌륭하진 않았고 조식이 너무 붐볐지만 그 외 위치와 모든것이 좋았습니다. 외부 식당도 이용해봤는데 그냥 호텔음식이 나았습니다. 리조트 앞의 켐비치는 기대했던것 이상으로 환상적이었고, 수심이 낮아 가족들과 함께 즐기기 좋았습니다. 처음 도착했을 때 셔틀 어레인지가 누락되어 30분정도 공항 게이트에서 기다렸는데, 프라이빗 밴을 무료로 제공해주었고, 체크아웃하고 공항으로 돌아갈 때도 무료 프라이빗 밴을 제공해주어서 기분이 풀렸습니다. 워터파크가 진짜 물건입니다. 유료 워터파크에거 줄 서서 탈 법란 워터슬라이드를 마음껏 하루 종일 즐길 수 있습니다. 성인과 어린이 모두요. 공용풀도 좋고, 어메니티도 좋고, 그냥 다 좋았습니다. 해외 여행을 많이 해보았습니다만 이곳은 아주 다이나믹하거나 익사이팅하지는 않지만 가족단위로 푹 쉬기에는 최 마음이 아주 푸근해지는 인생 최고의 여행이었습니다.적이었고

The hotel was excellent and the staff really did their best to assist. the Bearch front Seafood restaurant was brilliant and well worth a dinner. quite busy during the day, but after sunset its a lot less crowded. the manager Ms Kai was terrific too.

Beautiful 5 Star resort. Our pool villas were immaculate. The beach was outstanding and the pool was massive. I loved the efficiency of the buggy’s driving us around this huge resort. The breakfast buffet was next level. Everything was beautiful except for the prices of food and drinks within the resort. After spending two weeks in other parts of Vietnam, it was a rude shock to see the prices set by this resort. Daylight robbery! As lovely as this resort was, I will not be returning as it lacked any Vietnamese authenticity. It was just another 5 star resort without much character.

깨끗하고, 음식도 모두 흘륭하고 직원분들 모두 친철합니다. 리조트가 바닷가 해안선을 따라 있지 않고 세로로 길게 되어 있어 전용비치가 좀 작아 별하나 뺌니다.

This review is based on what I felt was such a lack of consideration for our experience. We'd planned this trip for a year, and 3/6 days there was completely impacted by the hotel outsourcing itself to a huge wedding that ran for several days. All facilities and amenities were impacted. Staff were clearly stressed, and my family and I felt the intensity of the experience for everyone. I have no doubt this is an excellent resort, but the fact that the beach and pool were populated by structures and wedding paraphenalia, impacting everyone else, was in my opinion not only disappointing, but unethical. I do wish to thank personally the manager of wedding event, Rene, who did his best to care for the experience of people not part of the wedding. Rene was professional and kind, and greatly improved what had started as a very disappointing experience for this first half of the trip. I would implore New World to deliver the experience it contracts for a sizeable payment, which describes an experience not at all commensurate with our experience, or to inform paying customers such as ourselves that the experience would be significantly compromised. We would never have stayed at New World if we'd been informed prior.

There were red ants in our villa and we showed it to the staff multiple times. After so much of back and forth they finally moved us to a new villa. Being vegetarians they had limited options for us and we were not allowed to order in via grab also. That was a bummer. Other than that, everything was good!

풀빌라를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았아요. 개인풀도 이용하고 공용풀도 이용할수 있어 좋았어요. 아침부페도 조금씩 바뀌나봐요. 이틀 묶었는데 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌어 나왔네요. 키스오브더씨 공연을 페이스 아이디로 볼수 있어요. 다음 풀빌라 이용시 또 오고 싶어요. 직원들도 친절합니다.

I stayed with a family of 3. I thought the bedrooms were divided, but the buildings were separate. It was inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and the food at the restaurants was generally good. However, the dinner dining options were too limited, which was disappointing, and although the villa had a kitchen, it required an extra fee to use it, so I didn’t understand the point of having one. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The common areas, such as the living room floor, dining table, and sink area, didn’t feel properly cleaned, and it seemed as though the individual rooms and bathroom floors were hardly cleaned at all. The toilet wasn’t cleaned daily, and when the shower gel in the shower ran out, even though it was left on the floor, it wasn’t refilled for several days. The pool water quality also wasn’t very good. On top of that, the coffee pot was nasty, with white mold inside that looked like it had been there for weeks. Another challenge was that the staff spoke very little English, which made it difficult to communicate our needs. Overall, staying there wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t a very comfortable trip either.

It’s a great hotel but there are too many ants around. In the room and in bed too. That’s not very pleasant. The staff worked hard to kill thek but it’s too nature.

The room (house) is very spacious and the private swimming pool is terrific for kids. The environment is peaceful. The infinity pool and the beach are great to enjoy. The spa is awesome! Will definitely come for the second time!

It was an amazing property. The breakfast that was included was top notch and had so many different options. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderful. The sand was very soft and my kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. There was really no dining options around the area except for the resort and after being in other areas in Vietnam where food was very cheap, the pricing at the hotel seemed high although it was still cheaper that what we would pay in the US. Over all, the villa was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

服務員態度很友善。早餐食物多元化，三天早餐都各有不同特色，餐廳座位充足！餐廳早餐時段有職員安排活動例如用椰子葉摺的手工，填色，下棋，供小朋友吃完早餐後玩，小朋友玩得很開心，大人也可以休閑一下。 沙灘的沙很幼滑，免費提供堆沙工具及獨木舟，設備很周到！ 泳池有兩條滑梯給小童玩，很有趣。可是淺水區域的梯級較多，而且不明顯，建議泳池的在梯級邊加上明顯標記，以防小朋友跌倒後頭浸落水。 本來期待可以去到大水上樂園的Kidszone，可惜正在裝修， 在沙灘玩時也聽到工程聲音。如果訂酒店時，可以告訴我們，並減價，便更好預算。

スタッフの対応が良い。朝ご飯もおいしい。ぢ、部屋の エアコンが故障がち。またシャワー、キッチンの排水がつまりがち。メンテを頻繁にした方がいい。

깨끗하고, 음식도 모두 흘륭하고 직원분들 모두 친철합니다. 리조트가 바닷가 해안선을 따라 있지 않고 세로로 길게 되어 있어 전용비치가 좀 작아 별하나 뺌니다.

직원들 친절하고, 시설 깨끗하고, 식당 퀄리티는 생각만큼 훌륭하진 않았고 조식이 너무 붐볐지만 그 외 위치와 모든것이 좋았습니다. 외부 식당도 이용해봤는데 그냥 호텔음식이 나았습니다. 리조트 앞의 켐비치는 기대했던것 이상으로 환상적이었고, 수심이 낮아 가족들과 함께 즐기기 좋았습니다. 처음 도착했을 때 셔틀 어레인지가 누락되어 30분정도 공항 게이트에서 기다렸는데, 프라이빗 밴을 무료로 제공해주었고, 체크아웃하고 공항으로 돌아갈 때도 무료 프라이빗 밴을 제공해주어서 기분이 풀렸습니다. 워터파크가 진짜 물건입니다. 유료 워터파크에거 줄 서서 탈 법란 워터슬라이드를 마음껏 하루 종일 즐길 수 있습니다. 성인과 어린이 모두요. 공용풀도 좋고, 어메니티도 좋고, 그냥 다 좋았습니다. 해외 여행을 많이 해보았습니다만 이곳은 아주 다이나믹하거나 익사이팅하지는 않지만 가족단위로 푹 쉬기에는 최 마음이 아주 푸근해지는 인생 최고의 여행이었습니다.적이었고

This review is based on what I felt was such a lack of consideration for our experience. We'd planned this trip for a year, and 3/6 days there was completely impacted by the hotel outsourcing itself to a huge wedding that ran for several days. All facilities and amenities were impacted. Staff were clearly stressed, and my family and I felt the intensity of the experience for everyone. I have no doubt this is an excellent resort, but the fact that the beach and pool were populated by structures and wedding paraphenalia, impacting everyone else, was in my opinion not only disappointing, but unethical. I do wish to thank personally the manager of wedding event, Rene, who did his best to care for the experience of people not part of the wedding. Rene was professional and kind, and greatly improved what had started as a very disappointing experience for this first half of the trip. I would implore New World to deliver the experience it contracts for a sizeable payment, which describes an experience not at all commensurate with our experience, or to inform paying customers such as ourselves that the experience would be significantly compromised. We would never have stayed at New World if we'd been informed prior.

The hotel was excellent and the staff really did their best to assist. the Bearch front Seafood restaurant was brilliant and well worth a dinner. quite busy during the day, but after sunset its a lot less crowded. the manager Ms Kai was terrific too.

Beautiful 5 Star resort. Our pool villas were immaculate. The beach was outstanding and the pool was massive. I loved the efficiency of the buggy’s driving us around this huge resort. The breakfast buffet was next level. Everything was beautiful except for the prices of food and drinks within the resort. After spending two weeks in other parts of Vietnam, it was a rude shock to see the prices set by this resort. Daylight robbery! As lovely as this resort was, I will not be returning as it lacked any Vietnamese authenticity. It was just another 5 star resort without much character.

There were red ants in our villa and we showed it to the staff multiple times. After so much of back and forth they finally moved us to a new villa. Being vegetarians they had limited options for us and we were not allowed to order in via grab also. That was a bummer. Other than that, everything was good!

풀빌라를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았아요. 개인풀도 이용하고 공용풀도 이용할수 있어 좋았어요. 아침부페도 조금씩 바뀌나봐요. 이틀 묶었는데 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌어 나왔네요. 키스오브더씨 공연을 페이스 아이디로 볼수 있어요. 다음 풀빌라 이용시 또 오고 싶어요. 직원들도 친절합니다.
