The hotel staff is very friendly. The common areas are well-appointed with an open, spacious feel. The pool and hot-tub were clean and a great temperature. Unfortunately, the hot-tub jets were not working. We chose a Standard King Suite for a 3-night stay to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was very comfortable - including the amount of space, ample air-conditioning, bed and pillows, and kitchenette amenities. Admittedly, I am extremely particular when it comes to the cleanliness of a hotel room, so the one hair that was left behind on the bathroom floor mattered to me, but everything else seemed very clean. The wi-fi was decent but became unavailable one evening. The location of the hotel is excellent - right off of the 403, with a grocery store, Dollarama, and other shopping within walking distance. Although we did not take advantage of them, the accessibility to two on-site restaurants (Chop & Denny's) is very convenient. Of course, there is noise from the highway if you are in a west-facing room, but the sunsets can be fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, would recommend this hotel to others, and would stay again in the future if circumstances warranted.

This hotel is located 25 mins from Pearson airport, 1hr from Niagara and 1 hr from Waterloo. It is clean and quiet. Plenty of free parking and a good choice of in-house and nearby food options. We spent 3 nights and used the location as a hub to explore areas beyond Toronto. The hotel amenities (guest laundry, pool, snack shack etc…) are well-kept. It’s a great option when travelling across Canada.

The staff are very friendly and helpful which is something I noticed and appreciated. I slept well most nights but the hotel is a little tired around the edges and rooms could be cleaner. I had more than a little dust in my room and this affected my allergies. That all said this hotel is good value for money, well located and I would stay here again.

Convenient location to where we needed to be, easy to get to from the highway. A good amount of shopping nearby with a grocery store and Starbucks as well. Bathroom could be cleaner but acceptable. Parking well lit, more than enough spaces for everyone. Liked that there was a microwave in the room. We sleep at a cooler temperature, and the air conditioning unit was a little loud at night. Couldn't find a water filter machine in common areas (reception/lobby) so we drank tap water, not a big deal.

Pool and hot tub were very clean, with plenty of towels. We got a free upgrade to a room with better mobility for my friend who needs it and were offered an extended check out as well, since we would need extra time. Honestly, can’t wait to come back!

10/10 hotel! We loved staying. Only thing I would comment is there was no accommodation for VIP status as hotels.com. Nothing was offered at the check in as hotels.com provided there would be some credit for meals?

Convenient location to where we needed to be, easy to get to from the highway. A good amount of shopping nearby with a grocery store and Starbucks as well. Bathroom could be cleaner but acceptable. Parking well lit, more than enough spaces for everyone. Liked that there was a microwave in the room. We sleep at a cooler temperature, and the air conditioning unit was a little loud at night. Couldn't find a water filter machine in common areas (reception/lobby) so we drank tap water, not a big deal.

Our room was right next to ice maker and staff for that floor. Our room was on the side of highway 403 and needed to use ear plugs to sleep.

Pool and hot tub were very clean, with plenty of towels. We got a free upgrade to a room with better mobility for my friend who needs it and were offered an extended check out as well, since we would need extra time. Honestly, can’t wait to come back!
