The Ritz London

Le personnel était fantastique. Du portier au concierge à la personne qui fait notre check-in , au personne qu’on croise partout dans l’hôtel. Ils rendent vraiment cette expérience incroyable ! On a l’impression de faire partie d’une famille mais aussi de la royauté. Ils se souviennent de votre nom, vous donne des conseils. C’est difficile à décrire tellement l’expérience est folle. L’hôtel est superbe. Les moins recoins sont magnifiques. Vraiment superbe. Je pense déjà à mon prochain séjour à Londres. Difficile de penser à un autre hôtel une fois qu’on a fait le Ritz.

Whether it was anticipating what we might need, checking in with a warm smile, or making sure everything was just right, his service was flawless. What impressed us most was how natural and effortless he made it all seem. He struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion, making us feel like the most important guests in the hotel. The Ritz is more than just a beautiful place to stay; it is a true experience. Thanks to the exceptional staff, and especially Koshish, our visit was one we will never forget. An incredible property and the most comfortable room ever except it was hot - apparently due to renovations in process. What really made it amazing were the friendly, kind and attentive staff with ready smiles who were so welcoming and eager to make our stay the best. An example of the incredible service is we had some delicious sourdough toast leftover at breakfast and we asked to take it with us. They took it away and we waited - we finally realized they had packaged it up and already delivered it to our room!
