The Hotel is a Budget hotel in a good location, Clean and the restaurant is great for Breakfast and Dinner. Free parking on site as well!

Hotel decente, molto comodo se si usa l’autostrada. Però ti obbliga a prenderla per forza per arrivarci

El personal fue muy amable tanto al check in como a la salida.

El personal espectacular, la habitación muy bien, el desayuno debería mejorar, el lavadero debería mejorar, al menos cerrarlo con una puerta.

La peggiore esperienza della mia vita !! Una struttura fatiscente, stanze totalmente da ristrutturare con materassi collassati, tasti dell’aria condizionata saltati, infissi rotti, parquet sollevati, porta d’ingresso non chiudibile dall’interno, ascensore con pavimentazione sollevata, hotel posizionato dell’autostrada dove per visitare Firenze devi pagare il pedaggio tutte le volte che vai in centro, colazione essenziale.. l’unico complimento che posso fare è il personale che nonostante tanto degrado è sempre stato professionale .. a mai più !!!

Comodo perché vicino l’autostrada e con un prezzo decisamente basso rispetto la media. Colazione semplice ma con buoni croissant. Parcheggio gratuito. Ascensori piccoli e un po’ lenti.

Orribile, sporchissimo, i pochi mobili tutti scrostati, una sedia sola, mucillaggine nera nei flaconi del sapone, piano doccia intasato fisso che esonda, flusso acqua lavandino violentissumo e inutilizzabile. Moquette macchiata ovunque con laghi sporchi e scuri, odore di fumo negli ascensori. Colazione senza commento. Quattro stelle dove?

Hotel strategico per raggiungere Firenze. Buona la colazione e l’acqua nel mini frigo in camera. Non un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vecchia struttura rattoppata qua e là. Esempio: doccione vetrato sul lato del bagno che permette a malapena di inserire l’arto inferiore nello spazio col bidè. Corpi illuminanti al limite della norma e in generale dozzinali. Ci si aspetta molto, molto di più da un 4 stelle. Non ci tornerei. I ragazzi alla reception comunque molto gentili.

listing shows that the hotel has AC, but it wasn’t actually working. When asked, the staff said it’s not working for the whole hotel and asked me to open a window. I followed their advice and opened a window, only to be bitten by mosquitoes. Also, I’m pretty sure someone smoked in the bathroom as I can smell it the moment I open the door

Convenient location, close to airport and then the city. Very good breakfast. Excellent service by front desk

Ottima accoglienza, ottimo ristorante, ma la struttura è datata, i corridoi sono lordi, ci sono molte zanzare nelle camere, gli ascensori sono piccoli e non contengono neanche una carrozzina, per fortuna ci hanno fatto usare il loro ascensore di servizio per portare al terzo piano nostro figlio sulla sedia a rotelle.

The room was great, clean and tidy. The ladies at reception were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The food was very nice for the price. However the service in the restaurant was poor. There was a lot of staff not doing anything and only 1 lady appeared to be doing everything. We could see one of the waiters was making guests feel uncomfortable by standing over them having only just been given the menu. When I asked for a desert menu I was sent to get the bill-granted this may have been lost in translation. We felt rushed: my partner had finished eating but I had not when staff came to take her plate, I saw this was common on all the tables with customers having a similar reaction to us. The process of paying seemed messy and unorganised and extremely customer reliant rather than relaxed as you would expect at a 4 star hotel. None of the staff were wearing coherent uniform which again-took away from the whole dining experience with one waiter wearing what appeared to be joggers. It seemed disorganised, rushed and overall not a pleasant experience. Like I say though, for the price, the food was good.

We had ants in our room and no wifi service

This hotel does not have proper management as our room is taken by someone else when we arrive and they had to send us to another hotel which has even no water cup provided in the room. There is no promised parking space available as a result of this change and we need to have our money refunded!
