小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯

Room is very clean and kitchenware is enough for cooking. We are happy to stay besides a bit noisy at night and in the early morning. We stayed at a room in the 3rd floor, which is next to the busy road, we heard sound from a truck uploading and unloading around 6 in the morning. We did not request for changing room as we have to wake up a bit early in days we stayed. If you have to concern about sound, please make note at the time of booking and check with reception at the time of check-in.

convenient location- near to beach and big shopping malls

飯店大廳並無免費無線網路!! 但飯店地理位置很好，鄰近購物中心、公車站、輕軌車站，房間內的設施齊全且乾淨。 整體而言是不錯的住宿體驗~

I didn't use the pool there was a slight view of the Ocean

Great location, spacious rooms, one bedroom beach view was incredible

Very good stay ,easy walking areas as well as access to mall and trams . Pool was nice .

we where not happy this time about the room were ok but we could not have a shower for 2 days because shower door would not open and shut we hat to go down to ground floor to have a shower

Staff were great room needs to up grade furniture and cloths dryer in poor condition have stayed there before and had a nice apartment but talked to other guests they sad the same needs upgrade to many otherplacestppick from so not sure if would stay again

Maintains in rooms need to be upheld. I had a consistent running toilet an cannot understand why cleaners did not reported before hand. This is disappointing.

Fabulous apartment ( especially as we ended up in the Penthouse 👌. Beside that the staff were friendly and welcoming. A beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend. Close to all amenities and beaches ❤️

the room was clean, quiet and comfortable, in fact so good i would like to live there,

The room was clean ( some dry rubbish missed behind the bedside table. ) Ageing rooms that could do with a refresh. Patched dents in wall in Bedroom needs to be sanded & painted. Vent in ceiling of bathroom was extremely dusty/dirty. Reception staff friendly & courteous. Our room overlloked the road & flats next door. Very limited visitor parking available & underground carpark a bit challenging to navigate.

Great location

The apartment was very nice and situated in a prime spot. The metro and bus s were just across the road so everywhere was so accessible.

Checked in 22 December - kitchen floor wet, which thought it had just been mopped. Air conditioning went off after five minutes. Went out for 5 hours, returned and floor still wet. Husband fell over - aircon not working. Called after hours maintenance at 8:30pm - turned up at 9pm and said wet floor was due to humidity. Said aircon guys will be here at at 7am to fix aircon. Called Reception at 8:15am and they knew nothing about it. Found our own maintenance guy at 8:30am who said there is a leak in kitchen and aircon not working. Finally got room transfer at 1pm on 23.12.25 and both TVs not working in that room - maintenance tried to fix for 3 hrs. PowerPoint in bathroom broken. Terribly rundown and staff don't care.
