Excellent hotel, very comfortable room with bath robe, slippers. Washer and the kitchen are super plus. Service is excellent, 6 stars rating!

I recently stayed at Hotel Realm for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The furnishings and décor were classy and well considered, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. What really stood out was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Realm exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay.

The BF was excellent buffet.

We had 2 joining rooms, which was great for 5 people, having extra Cot was great. Kitchenette, washer, dishwasher fridge. Was very good, too bad we had to stay only one night.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurants are wonderful

The property is very nice and I especially enjoyed how quiet the room was. Location is great. Parking on-site. There were problems with the lifts during our stay which resulted in quite long waits. Check in staff could have been friendlier but that’s neither here nor there. The reason for my 3 star review are the beds. They must have been very soft to start with and were very lain through. I was lying in an uncomfortable hole. The pillows were giants, which was accentuated by the bed giving in so much. I am not a heavy person. The baby cot basically just had a wooden plank on it and our little on kept waking all night being uncomfortable as well. Also, the room couldn’t be cooled with a/c as the temp wouldn’t go below 23.5. We opened the balcony door before bed to air but it got hot again during the night. So all in all even though the hotel is quite nice and the room itself was well-laid out and equipped, I wouldn’t stay again due to the bed being of such poor quality.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was complimentary while staying. Location is close to the capital hill.

The place is elegant and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities were very good. The staff was also very kind. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, although we could use warm plates in the cold season. The side bed tables also were dusty

Breakfast buffet was average but everything else was great. Will happily come back again.

From the friendly check in to the beautifully appointed executive suite with stunning views over Canberra this was a special stay. We had cocktail at Leyla, dinner at Chairman and Yip and breakfast at Louis and all three were superb. Bed was super comfortable and room was dark and quiet. Can’t wait to stay again.

We had to switch rooms due to the amount of dust on the furniture and carpet fluff on the floor, and the paint smell in the room. They moved us to an equally poor room which also had filthy windows and questionable bathroom cleanliness. Reception did not answer the phone and did not respond to the message we left. We had to go down to the desk after waiting 40 mins for someone to come back to us. Would never stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Realm in an Executive Floor room. The room had everything needed, although Chromecast did not effectively function. Free movies were good though. Great sunrise and sunsets on the balcony. The pool and sauna were fantastic.
