Good holiday type of hotel. Very nice and friendly services

Resort provided very good value for money.

Older place, however, very clean and quiet. Very large rooms. Tranquil location, I’ll be back.

Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!

I have stayed here several times, always happy.

The breakfast was nice, the rooms were large enough and the pool was lovely. The downside is that there are no lifts so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs for check-in/check-out. Other than that, we were happy with the resort.

I always enjoy staying at Mercure when I'm back down on the Gold Coast. The service was friendly at the Bar area. One disappointing thing was the Buffet Breakfast. The quality of the food was poor and the price too high compared to what I experience at other hotels.

Breakfast was very nice. Freshly cooked and tasty Staff friendly happy to help. Room very spacious big bathroom with nice bath. Very quiet area. And ordering food was very quick and always hot. Will go back again for sure.

Gym and buffet breakfast was good though signage re: gluten free etc could be better. Staff were always smiling and pleasant to deal with. Matress a bit too soft but overall a good family stay. The buggy parked at the doorway created a bottle neck for pedestrian traffic whenever a coach or car was parked at the entrance.

The staff were amazing, my accommodation and resort was lovely and clean. Could not fault anything.

On arrival expecting a quick check in after completing the online check in prior to arrival, there was only one staff member working at the desk assisting another guest. Their check in took a considerable amount of time and despite at least 3 different staff walking past and disappearing into the back office, not one person acknowledged me or offered to assist. We had housekeeping knocking on our door despite having the do not disturb sign up, she had mixed our room up with a guest who had checked out. We attempted to have breakfast at the restaurant but despite many unoccupied tables, they all had dirty dishes that had not been cleared. Attention to detail needed.

The room was good, plenty of towels, comfy bed.

Room was not the same as pictures also everything was really old condition but staff was really nice
