Was given a complimentary upgrade where a tray of delicious desserts awaited me. Enjoyed a soak in the tub with a glass of wine while watching free movie on demand. Fabulous customer service, easy check in, prompt room service and great accommodation 10 mins from the airport - and never heard a peep from planes overhead!

The first room we were given was unbearably hot—felt like there was no air conditioning at all. To make matters worse, there was leftover in-room dining food left outside the door, which was really unpleasant. They eventually moved us to another room with better air conditioning, but again, there was food left outside the room. It was disappointing to see the same issue twice.

Time for the 10th floor if this hotel to be refreshed. Hallway walls are marked up with wear and tear. Room 1021 has good size bleach spots in the carpet, furniture knicked and marked from wear and tear, TV has a permanent spot on it that management was aware of and the room has a single sliding glass door for the shower and toilet. If you slide the door close when your on the toilet, the shower is open to the room and conversely. There is no dedicated fan for the toilet area. Management provided us 50% off our single dining for issues mentioned. Room still over-priced.

朝の到着だったためチェックインはできないと思っていましたが、スタッフの方が会員登録をすることででアーリーチェックインができるとすすめてくれました。
3名で宿泊しましたが、4泊のうち2泊タオルが2人分しか用意されていなかったことが残念でした。グラスやカップも滞在中2人分の用意でした。
