The first room we were given was unbearably hot—felt like there was no air conditioning at all. To make matters worse, there was leftover in-room dining food left outside the door, which was really unpleasant. They eventually moved us to another room with better air conditioning, but again, there was food left outside the room. It was disappointing to see the same issue twice.

Clean hotel

Stayed at the Pullman for 2 nights. Fantastic hotel with brand new rooms and great service. The staff was very friendly and it was well located near train station and just a short shuttle from the airport. Highly recommended!

The room was exceptionally clean and we loved the large bathroom. The bath robes were a nice touch.

Stay one night, will stay again when we return. Thank you for your hospitality. Missed breakfast because we has an early flight the next day.

Didnt ask for one but was given a disabled access room with the special toilets, railings, shower curtains etc which made the stay feel like i was in a hospital for treatment.

No door man this stay to welcome and great. Foyer had dirty tables and dirty plates. No clean tables to sit. Could not get served at the bar- so went to another venue. Reception staff were not welcoming and gave a miserable vibe

Staff was excellent and very helpful

Pullman was a great choice. I booked 5 star because my wife was joining me - but then she could not come. Usually i would then go cheaper if it was just me - but I did not and I enjoyed it Never taking a taxi again in Sydney - wow expensive

Das Frühstück war das schlechteste in Sydney. Sehr unhygienisch, lieblos, Kaffee ein absoluter Albtraum. Darauf Ashley, dass kein Gast zweimal kommt. Shuttle Service 12$ pro Person, das ist für vier Personen selbst das Uber billiger. Zu weit vom Flughafen, um zu gehen, eigentlich viel teuer für Taxi oder Uber. Lieber wo anders wohnen. War bestimmt unser letzter Besuch.

Top spot for overnight stay when catching an early flight the next morning. Close to the airport & transfer bus is available.
