The early arrival was at 7am,The receptionist kindly arranged a room for us to rest. The room over a thousand feet was first-rate and incomparable. The receptionist told me all the details and would definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

good location with warm and friendly service！

We got upgraded to 2-bedroom apartment which was really spacious and nice. The hotel itself is stylish and recently newly furnished I guess. The staff are nice but my friend told me one of the female staff at the check-in counter was a bit rude tho, I was not there so I did not know.

Good location

Great place to stay. It will take approx 7 mins to Surfers Paradise. Easy to park, spacious room. We liked it. We recommend to take the ocean view room.

Gym well equiped, heat room was awesome, pool was good

Great location about a leisurely 15 minute walk to Cavill ave. Better still only a couple of minutes walk a tram stop that takes you straight there or if you want to go further down to Broadbeach for casino of pacific fair. For a $1.50 all day ticket the tram is a great option. The room is spacious with lounge and large screen tv. The full kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook in the room. Bedroom is perfect with a medium feel mattress and tv that is surrounded by windows that look out towards surfers and hinterland. All things considered a great room for the price.

Cleaning is very bad, they don’t change sheets, room is full of hair , cups have lipstick , lower the charges and extras , 50 $ for forgetting the key at night is very expensive.

Very modern and tidy close to all amenities

Fairly clean place, easy use of the washer and dryer. Bathrooms looked very fancy. Had a decent view on level 18.

Dirty rooms and cockroaches. Personnel just laughed at the problem and didn’t want to switch our rooms. Hence, checked out early instead to avoid spending another night here

The room was dirty…!! I mean filthy, as soon as you walk in there was a bad stale, damp smell, the mattresses had no protectors and were badly stained with urine and god knows what else, oven and fridge were dangerously dirty with mould, towels were dirty and stained, the sofa was filthy and stained, and when it rained, the ensuite bathroom leaked and water came in through a non opening window. My Expedia VIP status was not recognised, we were not given a bottle of wine, in fact we were likely punished for using Expedia. The manager was non existent, one guy literally quit his job on Xmas Eve because he was unsupported and was getting so many complaints.

Great apartment generally speaking and location was okay. Checked in at 4pm and room not ready. Parking a bit of a pain. No dining options. Room not cleaned properly after previous guests with washer and used soaps left in the shower. Linen clean and tidy Mould in the washing machine Both TVs not working, with one looked like it had been punched in. Real shame it was a lovely place just reception terrible and room not clean. I think we left it cleaner then when we got there.

The bedrooms, toilets/showers and the lounge were very clean. The oven and the gas stove were dirty and the pots and pans were dirty. The Ruby apartments were in a great position and the view was stunning.
