It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid thing ruined my trip.

酒店位置非常好，就在市中心，出酒店门左转就是步行街，右转就是地铁站，坐地铁直接就能到机场。索菲亚的著名景点都在离酒店不远的步行范围内，周围好多饭店。房间舒适，早餐丰盛，工作人员态度都不错，就是前台的几位冷冰冰的。可以说索菲亚最好的酒店啦。WI-FI老掉线，而且网速很慢。

La habitación estaba sucia y la limpieza no se hizo, estiraron la cama, pero no se hizo desde cero. No barrieron y todo estaba con polvo. Al avisar en recepción que estaba mal la habitación, nos dijeron que pedirían se hiciera de nuevo, pero nunca sucedió. El servicio, no corresponde a un hotel cinco estrellas.

Check in için odanın hazırlanmasını uzun süre bekledim, bir buçuk saatlik beklemenin sonunda penceresinden sadece borular ve duvar görünen bir oda verildi. Resepsiyondan Bay Dimitris benim için uygun bir oda ile değiştirdikten sonra ancak odamıza giriş yapabildik, kendisine teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz. Günler öncesinden tam ücreti ödenerek alınmış olan oda için yolculuğumuzdan sonra uzun süre bekletilmek yeterince can sıkıcı iken bunun karşılığında duvar manzarasıyla karşılaşmak hiç hoş değildi. Bay Dimitris’in bireysel insiyatifi durumu düzeltti.

Excellent emplacement à proximité de tout. Service pas à la hauteur d'un 5* (revolving door condamnée, pas de pret de parapluie, ascenseurs non synchronisés, lits mal refaits, etc...). Le parking devant est très pratique mais coute 30 euros par jour

Staff offered a “free upgrade” to a junior suit, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready. When we got given our room the room did not look like pictures at all. Yes it was bigger but the “upgraded” room was outdated, dirty, and to be honest creepy. It was like the rest of the hotel had been refurbed apart from this room, it was hidden away down one of the corridors. The room also had an issue with a loud buzzing sound, which we complained about and thankfully we got moved to our original room booking. I don’t know how staff thought it was an upgrade. The standard room was fine, and lovely, looked like the pictures. Do not book the junior suit.

Parking is a bit of a issue, multi-storey car park near by is the best option, Room was not ready at 3pm check in time. Very central hotel so location was perfect.

Camere spaziose letto comodo ma servizio rifacimento giornaliero letto scarso, lenzuola piccole che non coprono totalmente il materasso salviette e tappetino doccia se cambiati non ripristinitati. È solo la pulizia camere che andrebbe migliorata, prr il resto tutto bene La colazione ottima, abbondante e variegata.

We had a fantastic experience at Sophia Balkan Palace. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Sofia, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on any future visit to Sofia.

Keine Parkplätze am Hotel vorhanden und dadurch schwierige Anfahrt. In der Nähe kann man dann für 30€/Nacht parken. WLAN im Zimmer schlecht und Frühstück ist eher 2 Sterne. Ansonsten guter Service und Schlafkomfort sehr gut.

Hôtel parfait en plein centre ville Personnel accueillant et très disponible, professionnel. Prestation de qualité, chambre salle de bain parties communes. Rien à dire parfait.

Ideally-located at the centre of Sofia. The hotel is nice with good facilities, although just check you are not in a room next to the lifts as that can be a bit noisy.

The hotel is in the very heart of Sofia, close to the main Station and many landmarks. It was really easy to move around and a safe area too. Vitosha Bulevard is just 2 minutes down the road, full of restaurants and shops. The room was excellent, spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower was heaven and they use an outstanding brand for their gel, shampoo, body lotion, etc. Shout out to the girls in the bar at night, very patient and handling diffiuclt customer with so much grace. Thanks to all the staff that made me feel so good on my birthday and treated me like a princess. Thanks all, I will be back for sure!
