Our stay had a lot of positives but there is some improvement that could be made. Firstly, the price we paid was an excellent value for the stay we had. The staff is friendly. The room had nice decor and was clean, and large. The whitebark cafe has good coffee. There are 2 hot tubs which were not full until friday. There is breakfast. Robes provided. Ample parking, unless you arrive friday. Excellent location to walk to downtown and board the ski shuttles. The cons: On the indoor facing rooms, there are door slamming problems which woke us up early daily. Breakfast was varied quality day to day but usually the hot food was dried out. The hot tubs and steam room need a deep clean. No slippers/flip flops provided. Ski storage room too small. The bed was sinking in the middle. Overall I would happily stay again, especially at the price, but would love to see a few improvements to make it a 5 star stay.

Room was spotless, hot tubs and saunas were nice, breakfast had lots of choices. Loved the homemade granola.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean and the room, while small, was quite efficient. The low rating is due to the REALLY bad WIFI and an uncomfortable mattress/pillows. My husband and I both thought the bed was too soft and didn't sleep well all week. The WIFI just simply didn't work 90% of the time. Should also note that we are both on the slim side. If you're a bigger person, you might find the bathroom and shower a bit tight. Nice staff and great room

The staff were all so courteous and helpful. Their friendly welcomes and smiles make anyone feel invited! The complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing. The coffee was hot and delicious, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the food was delicious! I would return to this hotel simply because of the friendliness and delicious breakfast. The room was nice, however it was really quite dusty and there were a few items left behind from the previous people. A few very long hairs were in the bathroom shower and toilet area, which happens and we did wipe them up but it is always preferable to not have to when first arriving to an accomodation. The toilet was also running, and upon investigation I found that the chain was not on properly and was bent, making it difficult to stay on. We were only there for a night, so it wasnt a huge issue but we did have to put the chain back on a few times. I mentioned this to a very kind hotel staff on our way out and he said that he would tend to it immediately, and he was so very thoughtful. I have full faith that if I had mentioned it upon arriving that he would have dealt with it immediately. Thank you! Overall, I would return to this friendly and affordable Lodge. I would recommend that the rooms receive a little more attention for cleanliness, however I recognize that we arrived on a Sunday and they may have had a lot of people check out after the weekend and the turn around may have resulted in the items left behind. Otroligt trevligt hotell; Rent och fräscht med underbar frukost, supersköna sängar och härligt spabad efter skidåkningen. Personalen är vänlig och tillmötesgående. Hotellet ligger perfekt vid skidbusshållplatsen och nära affärer och restauranger.

Hot tubs and breakfast are top for us.

Staff were fantastic and super helpful and complementary breakfast was also great.

Clean quiet room. The hot tub was amazing after snowboarding all day. Close walk for easy access to all of the shops.
