Extremely clean and comfortable rooms, spacious, having a full kitchen and two bathrooms was great. The staff were friendly. You can access the nearby parking garage without having to go outside. Well worth the money, I have no complaints, it was a very nice stay.

The property is well located, the rooms and bed a bit small. The kitchen was well stocked....a grocery and liquor store right nearby. The manager was very nice...the place was clean. PARKING IS A MAJOR HASSLE. We’d just arrived in Banff, parked out front of the hotel and went inside to check in. We went back outside and there was an expensive parking ticket on our car. That quick. Even if we knew to pay first, the kiosk adjacent to the spot took only coins and the hourly fee was significant. We finally found a kiosk around the corner and down the street that took cards but by then, it was too late. We filed a "grievance" with the town hall but they declined it.... When we made the reservation a few months back, parking in the adjacent garage was reasonable which is what we'd planned to do. When we arrived it had more than doubled. Although we loved Banff, we had to organize each day of our visit around moving our car to legal spots.

No elevator to the hot tub and our truck didn’t fit in parking so we had to pay $50 ticket…ugh Hotel was great.

Clean, spacious accommodation in the centre of Banff. Quiet, great facilities, friendly staff. Smooth, contactless check-in. Only downside is Banff parking, so plan ahead!!

Great location, great staff, and very comfortable with a kitchen and living room. Although I only stayed for one night, I would definitely come back next time. Highly recommended to everyone!

We had a 2 bedroom suite which was much better than a regular hotel for 4 adults travelling together. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and everything we needed (aside from groceries) to make a few light meals during our stay. I would stay again and would highly recommend!

Can't beat the location. Clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are small without closets but if you can get past this the location is worth the tight rooms. We parked a short walk away at the train station (free) since our truck didn't fit in the adjacent parking garage.

If you like independent travel this is great. Fabulous location - the staff cannot do enough for you. Toiletries, bin bags, etc included - easy to obtain further supplies if required. Very different to our experience in Europe.

Place was super clean, in a good location and loved the cabinet in the hallway filled with towels, to, etc.

The room was great! A ton of space for our group of 8. Staff was super helpful. Also a great location.
