Personnel courtois. Check in Check out simple et rapide. Serviettes changées à tous les jours et remplissage café,eau,mouchoirs.etc… Piscine, spa, sauna, vélo à notre disposition. Près du centre ville. Eau citronnée et café disponible à l’entrée en tout temps.

Lively outdoor spaces and beautiful flowers x good location to get a bus into town

Quite, safe, cozy. My son love the loft. We have a great stay. Will definitely comeback.

The room was clean and having a loft bedroom was different for a change. All of the staff that I encountered were very nice and helpful. I was disappointed that the pool was closed, as I was looking forward to using it. They did offer other pool options to use, but I did not want to walk that far to use the pool. The coupons for the Evergreen restaurant were nice and I did use them, the restaurant at the Caribou Hotel next door was good too for either breakfast or dinner. It was a bit overpriced, but then again everything in Banff is.

I'm booked July 23 for 1 night for 3 people. I'm expecting that the pull out bed was already ready with bed cover, pillows and comforter. but it was not. I came down to asked the front desk, then nothing happen, then after 25 mins. I went down again for the second time. We waited for more than half an hour before the guy came.. I paid for $755.21 for this room and we are not happy with the service. even the washroom the lock was broken. I don't want to recommend this place to my family and friends.

The room carpet and couch had stains. Rooms also very dark so they could use brighter lighting. Good location if you don’t want to be right in noisy downtown

Overall stay here was average in the loft room we had booked as it was very little space in the main room which after opening the sofa bed was completely gone. The place is old and needs some renovation.

Reception staff were amazing

Hotel was ok, clean and spacious. Within walking distance to Banff Ave. The pools were shut down however you are able to use their sister hotel pool. No food or coffee shop onsite like others in the area but short walk to find those amenities.

Our stay would have been uneventful if we were not charged for an unused dinner coupon. When we checked in, that gentleman told us that they also own the hotel next door which has a restaurant and said that if we want to have dinner there, we could use a $15 coupon which he gave us along with free Roam passes for the public transit buses. We ate somewhere else and did not use the coupon. However, when we checked out the next morning, the girl said we have to pay $20 for the $15 coupon as it is "part of the service". This is really weird and we never experienced this type of problem before. It is really not a good business practice to ruin one's reputation for a strange charge like this.

Staff were welcoming and our updated Mountain View room was very clean. The property itself is dated but well kept and clean. The elevator seems to stop randomly on the 2nd floor when I only called for 3rd. This happened several times. Otherwise the elevator works perfectly fine. Parking maximum height is limited to 6’ 6” so be mindful of any rooftop boxes/carriers on your vehicle. We were able to park in the sole uncovered spot on the property. They offered us to park next door at their sister property or on the street behind the hotel. Bus stop is 2 min walk away and 12 min walk to major shopping strip. All in all a great experience.

Love the bed size. Plenty of pillows. Nice and quiet. Not far from downtown parking available. Great stay. Definite recommend.

Spacious rooms, welcoming staff

In need of update. Overall cleanliness was lacking, from the carpet to the bathroom tile. We had a loft room, and it was dark. The windows faced the next door property, making privacy a concern. Would not stay here again, too many other options.

The room was dated, and there was no view on the ground level. The hot tub was cold. After paying almost $400 per night for the room, I was informed of a $15 per night to park our rental car.

Good location but the old carpet stains needs to be replaced.

This cute motel is conveniently located in the heart of Banff. The amenities are great, especially free bikes to use to get around town. The staff is all very friendly and attentive!

Beds and sofa beds were comfortable and the pillows also. The staff for the most part were very friendly. Rooms were quite small, but we only stayed 2 nights and it was fine for that. The Evergreen restaurant where we were sent for breakfast was really mediocre

The room was clean and comfortable. However, we unknowingly booked a room where the bed was up a spiral staircase from the main area that had the bathroom. A little difficult to get suitcases up the stairs and a little annoying to have to go downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site was an extra charge (~ $15 Canadian), but that didn't seem unreasonable and plenty of parking spaces. Nice to be close to downtown area to walk to get something to eat but be far enough away from all of the chaos and noise of the downtown area.
