The front desk staff, who is from Ukarine, he is very warm heart, helpful and good attitude.

Steam room is next level. They should lead with that.

Needs some updating - sink is slow to drain, door was hard to close, ac crickety

Had to change rooms due to water problem but very helpful

The room was very hot. Was uncomfortable in the evening. Window was wide open and it was still way too hot.

Nice place to stay

Overall a good place to stay, close enough to the activities in town (Banff) and very near the busses to the mountains. Staff nice and looking to be helpful. Sauna/pools very disappointing. One night, not working at all. But, overall, this appears to be a real family place, and they let young kids run around. If you are older, and looking to relax, you are not likely to like this.

Nice hotel , very clean and staff were great! No breakfast and for the cost it should include at least a cold breakfast

Had a newly renovated room with mountain view. Nice big bathroom with separate tub and shower. Giant entryway in room great for organizing outerwear and shoes. There was fruit, flavored water and coffee in cozy lobby. The parking lot was covered but too low to park under with our roof cargo carrier. Other pros were on site pool, hot tub and steam room and close to bus/shuttle stops. The main con is related to the layout. All the rooms have entry from outside so getting from pool back to room was chilly in winter especially for kids. The place felt a little like a maze, and certain blocks of rooms were not well marked as to direction of room. Other potential cons were no in house dining options and it was a bit further than other properties for walking to downtown.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The kitchen in our room was very convenient.

1 fry pan with loose handles, cover did not fit.

Great location and easy to walk to restaurants and shopping!
