Checked in, and first wrong thing was there was no hot water, the attendant came and told us that we had to run it for 5 minutes in order to get hot water, it took much longer than that and it would run in and out of hot water. The heater in the room sounded like a transport truck was in the room with us it was so loud, so eventually in mid morning we had to turn it off to sleep. Not a great stay, only nice thing was that the room was clean. Will not be back.

Iron board fell on us as soon as we opened the closet door because it wasn’t secured properly inside.
Heating was very slow. Took 5-6 hours for the room to get warm enough.
In the morning there was no hot water so we weren’t able to shower properly. We tried calling the reception to mention those concerns but the room phone had no line.
During the checkout we did mention it the lady who was at the reception but nothing was done at that moment.

It wasn't a clear check in/check out process. We were asked to check in early but then at the front desk, they ended up charging for parking again. It wasn't very welcoming upon entering the hotel. The room was nice, it seemed for breakfast it was a discount offered. Not necessarily breakfast included. If we weren't overcharged and front desk was a bit more welcoming I'd feel better about coming back.
