Great location and amenities. Our room was lovely and renovated and a great bed, but I didn’t sleep a wink as the air conditioning fan was the loudest I have ever heard. And on Auto it came on every 2 min. I ended up turning off the air/ heat altogether.

I stayed in the north tower which isn’t updated. The room had a musty smell. The light stitches on laps were sticky and nasty. The curtain had wine stains on it. The water temp is terrible and impossible to get warm water.. either boiling hot or cold.

We stayed for the Furnal Equinox 2026 convention. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Incredibly attentive service in the restaurant at breakfast. We felt safe and cared for during our entire stay. Attendants at the elevators worked hard to keep everyone moving. Thank you so much to the entire team at Westin!!
