Tinha bastante programação para crianças no final de semana. Ser ao lado da barca para Toronto Island e próximo à CN Tower e Aquário também foi muito bom.

Very friendly staff, clean room, and excellent breakfast. Great location downtown Toronto, and close to everything.

I havent had a great experience like this in a while! All the employees were nice and friendly, the room was clean with an amazing view on the lake. Definitely will see me soon!

We were put in a room joined to the next door room and it was very loud even late into the night making it hard to rest.

This was our first visit to Toronto from Calgary, and this hotel was so wonderful that it completely shaped our impression of the city in the best possible way. The staff were especially kind and welcoming. We checked in quite late, around 10:40 PM last night, and the gentleman who greeted us at the front desk was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. We would really like to thank him again for making us feel so welcome. The breakfast quality was also outstanding — honestly comparable to what you’d expect at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to come back.

Great location, nice room, friendly and courteous staff.

We had a fantastic stay in a junior suite. Staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. Fast response to bring a crib to the room. Front entrance was a bit tough to navigate before check in as the side entrance for strollers and luggage from the street were locked and no one answered the buzzer. Getting picked up or dropped off by car is super easy though. And that side entrance was good once you had a key card. Room was fantastic and clean, noise from the airport and harbour was minimal. Family fun zone arcade room was a big hit! Would stay again!

I was there for a conference. The staff and amenities were great and made for a pleasant experience.

The hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable after a long day out.

The property is lovely, the view of the lake is amazing. The staff were so helpful and the little touches on arrival to help us celebrate our special occasions were just great. Would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Only thing I found weird is that there’s no hand towel holder/rail for the bathroom sink. There’s a towel holder for your bath towels but nowhere to hang your hand towel for washing hands. For an upscale hotel, this is odd. Otherwise, everything else was great! Loved the café at the lobby for convenience.

Great place to stay while in Toronto. Excellent location to main attractions and Union Station. Beautiful view of Lake Ontario. Very clean and friendly staff. Good restaurant on location! It’s my go to place for concerts and baseball games!!
