the body wash used done，but nobody refill it for the next customer，when I got shower，nothing can use

barking dog over two days, the guests were leaving the dog alone in their room! I did go down to complain and nothing changed, it started barking at 8:30 this morning The spa was unusable because of rowdy kids again both day of our stay

Excellent room with view over Rideau canal and Parliament. Great breakfasts, pool and staff.

Staff great, view fantastic, connected to the mall

The room was big, layout fun, the view was excellent! Staff were excellent as well

Our stay at the Westin was unfortunately, okay at best. The property was undergoing renovations at the time, which I am hopeful were in the rooms, as our room was very outdated and run-down. The wallpaper was bubbling everywhere, baseboards off the walls, the couch was very small, the bathroom was very difficult to use - it was on old wood top that was cracked and had no space. There was also a lot of issues with the water pipes that led to constant noise in our unit (we were compensated some Marriott points for the noise). However overall at over 450$/night I was incredibly underwhelmed and did not meet our expectations at all. It felt a bit like “student housing” the unit was so run down which is completely unacceptable for the price. The photos of the unit online were nothing like the unit we got. The staff however were lovely and attentive.

Furniture was a little outdated, but the location was great.

Staff was great, only had breakfast and was bland for the price.

Ok - we’re not informed where the breakfast restaurant is even though it was included in our reservation . Same for the pool etc No details

J'ai communiqué avec l'hôtel plusieurs semaines d'avance afin de leur expliquer que je réservais chez eux pour vivre un rêve que je chéri depuis près de 20 ans. Je leur ai mentionné que mon rêve est d'être le plus haut possible dans l'hôtel et de voir les deux d'artifices du 31 décembre. J'ai réservé une chambre plus dispendieuse avec "vue" afin d'être certaine de réaliser mon rêve. J'ai reçu le courriel de l'hôtel me disant qu'ils ont mis une note à ma réservation afin de faire le maximum pour réaliser ce rêve. Ils m'ont mentionné qu'ils ne pouvais pas garantir les feux d'artifice mais qu'ils feraient le nécessaire. J'étais donc heureuse de savoir que j'aurais la chance de le vivre enfin ... Nous avons payé avec joie car un rêve n'a pas de prix. Quelle grande déception lorsque le jour du Check in je raconte à la personne qui m'accueille mon rêve et que je suis bien excité d'enfin le vivre. Nous avons réservé deux nuits . Mais c'est à ce moment que l'homme me dit "Madame, aucune de nos chambres ne peux voir les feux d'ici" J étais sous le choc .... autant de route et ce prix pour deux nuits et on me dit que c'est impossible car personne ne peux les voir de la... Je m'étais assurer d'écrire avant pour être certaine et PERSONNE m'a dit que les feux n'étais pas visible de cet hôtel. Je me suis sentis trahis, j'ai fais confiance à cet hôtel et au message de la personne qui m'a répondu via le message sur expédia et je me suis ramassé au 16 e étage pas le plus haut.

There was renovation going on so at times it was noisy. We were given a 10 dollar breakfast coupon I believe to compensate? The view was spectacular and it was nice shopping in the Rideau Centre.

The rooms are very nice. Appreciated the quiet, and also the very comfortable beds, lots of hot water. The staff was pleasant enough, but did not seem especially well trained. Did not give us either very much coffee, or very much lotion.

Everyone was great! Room was spotless. The only minor thing is a small area of tiles around the bathtub were uneven and possibly cracked?

Room was great and we had a great view. All went according to plan and the bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again!

Bien todo pero llegamos de carretera y el hotel no tiene baños en el lobby tuvimos que esperar a que nos den el check in y con la urgencia no nos decían que para el piso 16 son solo los elevadores de la izquierda Pedimos una cama individual para la habitación y nunca llego
