Convenient location, from union train station, u can go all the way covered to the hotel. Modern design with modern art throughout, including outside of building walls. With all essentials needed for traveller. Staff at concierge are friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was slightly negative is the room we had was small

The hotel was a small lovely hotel. The rooms were fine, clean and nice linens and towels. The restaurant was really good, small menu but really good food. My only complaint was the charging ports were very slow and actually at times my phone would lose charge instead of gaining a charge. As long as it was plugged in overnight it would charge fine. I would stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the hotel was in a great location and really convenient. Rooms are cosy for a longer stay especially the bathroom having two people in. Had everything we needed and everything was restocked. Floor quite dusty and not overly clean in some places.

This property is perfectly situated near Union Station. Travel to and from the airport couldn’t be easier.

Hip hotel with very cool interior and fabulous breakfast options. Rooms are small, but that's to be expected in a boutique city hotel. Great central location!

Clean room great lobby close to all major place downtown

At the top I will say that the room was clean. The hotel is quaint but vastly overpriced. $1100 got me two nights in a "Swanky Queen", which was extremely small and felt like a basement guest room. It looked fine if you had no sense of space, had no luggage, and did not intend to put clothes in the closet as the tea and coffee set took up most of it. The bathroom was also cramped with the toilet too close to the shower and sink stuffed into a corner so that you can't use any of them straight-on. The shower glass was too far apart and staggered incorrectly so the floor gets drenched. There is now towel bar, only strange knobs that towels fall off of. The room needs to come with a User Manual as everything is counter-intuitive or inconsistent. If you wear glasses, make sure to thoroughly investigate the shower controls before taking them off. The strange buttons inside the door labelled "CEILING" and "MASTER" are "on" and "off" for the light on the wall. Every single lamp's switch operates in a different manner. The controls on the HVAC unit are completely locked out in favour of an inept remote thermostat that randomly lags and can only change temperature. My colleague complained of the noise keeping him up all night as he could not get it to stop cycling. The "reading lamp" is as bright as a normal lamp and will hurt your eyes. The USB outlets were broken. The Do Not Disturb sign was ignored. Shop around, for a few bucks more you won't have to poop sideways.

Super convenient location being so close to Union Station, this boutique hotel was nicely appointed and perfect for my needs - attending the MTCC.

Location was great for getting around the city. Only downside was the room faced the rear lane and each night the garbage trucks emptied the large bins making a huge noise

There is no amenities. So I give 2 star. Other than that everything was okay

A very unique and fun hotel. The room was very small and did not recieve as much natural light as I prefer.
