Convenient and clean

I like the position of the hotel, it is convenient that I can go every sightseeing places by foot within a reasonable time period around 15-30 mins. I don’t like the cleanliness of the hotel, I feel it is a little bit dirty, I found a lighter under the bedside table, and some dirt around the toilet. I also found that there are some broken parts of toilet facilities. And when the box tissue is run out, the housekeeper does not refill it after tidy up the room in the second day.

Had to move rooms twice; first on the second floor was an issue with the window; cold room and traffic noise Second room issue with drains; smell horrendous Pool freezing; staff said it was over 22 degrees and monitored every 4 hours Pool table stained with spilt drinks and pool cues in a terrible state Breafast machinery all around the table not a nice relaxing area Breakfast area not

Room was clean with plenty of space, separate toilet and bathroom. Staff were friendly, swimming pool was clean, there is a Tesco next door, Liverpool one is a stones throw away and Albert’s dock is a 10 min easy walk if that!!

The hotel is looking dated now and i wasn't temped by the very expensive breakfast.

It was a good stay. I had fun.

Very good. Only negatives being weak shower and no handwashing sink next to the separate toilet.

Lovely hotel. Slight hiccup with the booking but the Staff were fantastic. Room was very comfortable and clean. Food was fresh and great choice. Pool area was nice, sauna available but was too busy for our time using the facilities. Great location, everything within walking distance.

Hotel perfect for exploring Liverpool as it’s right in the centre, the room was clean but I didn’t find the bed very comfortable and did not have the best sleep, Breakfast was really good, also ordered a birthday package for my son definitely not worth the £14.99 but overall the stay was good , staff friendly.

No lights working in the room, pool fully booked but didnt respond to emails to book in advance.

Room faced a noisy construction site, builders could see through our window so had to keep curtains closed at all times. Sauna smelt of urine and too much chlorine in swimming pool. Small sofa bed, barely enough room for 2 people.

The rooms are to hot

All was very good, clean and friendly.

Stay was great for families. Hotel needs to invest in a better pancake maker. 20 mins que for pancakes is crazy. Pool and restaurant both lovely additions
