Novotel Paris la Défense Esplanade

Near metro (Line 1-Esplanade de La Défense) with nice view (Eiffel Tower & River Seine). Breakfast is above average and the staffs refill the food fast. But the air con in the room was keeping in high temperatures that we needed to use a fan to cool down ourselves every night. It seems very dusty in the room so we feel allergies when going in. There is only one bottle of water provided per stay though we stayed there for 6 nights.(sigh)

The location was across the street of metro, after changing the executive room to the upper floor the room and view was fine. However, things need to be better organized for this 4-star, with too long repsonse time from front desk asking for amenities, and a not-so-convincing 2.5-3 star basic breakfast. Hope they can do better.

It's a nightmare to my trip! Hotel staffs are not helpful in handling customer's inquiry and request. We are rush to airport in the morning. However, many taxi drivers blocked the road which my cab can't go and argued that my cab picked us illegally. Our cab is called by Hotel and they refused to handle and said 'I'm just a woman and I can't help!' That's extremely irresponsible and helpful!

很舒适的酒店,清洁服务都不错

第一次前往巴黎，選擇離市區不遠又交通方便的酒店入住，此酒店為不錯的選擇！選擇有View的房間可看到艾菲爾鐵塔，旁邊就是車站，位於辦公區吃飯也不難找，只是要注意週六、日大部份商家是休假的，最好從超市帶東西回酒店吃。

Good scene & nice breakfest

离La Defense很近，出门就是地铁口，交通方便。相比其他酒店，早餐品种较丰富

It's really convenient and comfortable to stay here with my family for three days trip in Paris. The breakfast is nice. Hotel is very near from Metro only 3-5 minutes by walk. This is the second time I choose to stay here.

到1号地铁站走路3分钟，交通方便，房间很舒适，从窗户能看到埃菲尔铁塔和圣心堂。总之，还不错，下次还会考虑住这里。

Pres du metro tres bien situé et tranquille mais besoin de renovation

Hotel was nicely positioned and served a purpose. I would stay there again as it was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. The rooms were just a bit dated but as I say clean and tidy

Room with a sealed window that does not open, no AC in April, no fridge in the room.

Hotel zegt 4 sterren te hebben en voor €200 per nacht had ik een modernere kamer verwacht met betere faciliteiten. Het bed heeft een plastic matrasbeschermer, geen koffiezetapparaat en de poeder koffie voor de waterkoker wordt niet bijgevuld. Verder koelde de airco niet en er kan geen raam open. Kortom de prijs-kwaliteit is gewoon slecht, maarja het is Parijs.

Bien solo el primera día nos morimos de frío como q no servía bien el aire acondicionado. Ya depues todo bien. Zona segura. Metro a unos minutos caminando.
