I payed for all inclusive, I was only able to make reservations for one night out of a 6 night vacation. The app to book the reservations wasn’t working properly or the restaurant was booked for the night. So we had to settle for having dinner at the buffet. The food was not good or at times stale. Or they would run out of food. The staff was helpful rooms were clean. But overall I would not stay there again. Very disappointed.

Didn't like that it was hot in the lobby or inside elevator pretty much every where .

Cierran las albercas a las 8. Tienes que reservar en los restaurantes porque si no lo haces, imposible pasar. De 5 días, sólo logré reservar dos noches y nadie te lo dice. No puedes entrar a los 12 restaurantes si no pagas el VIP y tuve un percance una noche. Me formé por un trago y cuando llegó mi turno, ya no me atendieron porque el poli dijo que ya era hora de cerrar y se puso muy agresivo.

Family friendly

I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Although it was advertised as all-inclusive, many items and services required additional charges that were not clearly explained beforehand. Another major issue was the dining situation. Most of the restaurants were closed during our stay, and only one restaurant would be open at a time. Because of this, it was always overcrowded, with long waits and limited seating. Since there were not many guests at the hotel, everyone would try to eat at the same place when it opened, making meals stressful instead of enjoyable. I expected more dining options and better availability from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the lack of open restaurants and unexpected extra charges made the experience disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.

Did not like that staff was not as helpful as other properties I’ve stayed at.

It is 2 hotels connected and turns out I walked into the wrong lobby to check in and was given a room at apparently at the better location. I was told by other workers on ground from other companies that the side I was in, the rooms get renovated and is more exclusive. We did have to walk over to the other side for the restaurants. I was able to get booked at the desired restaurants twice. I personally thought the morning buffet was good, but my mom and aunt thought otherwise. Yes, sometimes the food wasn't warm but I was satisfied with the options available. All our waiters were friendly and attentive and provided exceptional service. The pirate pool for the kids was cute, pirates need a face-lift and items back on them but is perfect for little ones. Unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned as well as the big pools. Some nature debri was floating around discouraging my picky children. The pool the pirate slide goes into is deep, wish it wasn't so I could have both kids(6 and 10yrs) in the same pool. They definitely liked the long pool on the other side. We never went to check out the kids zone, thats where the dinosaur pools were at. Having the pirate ship excursion next door was also perfect. We had a day show option and only needed to pay the tax, but we went ahead and booked the night option with the dinner. Kids and family had a good time and the food was good. We never went across the street from the hotel either and it looked like a nice area to walk. Bus stop nearby too!

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en un oasis pero está vez estaban las regaderas en el área de albercas "fuera de servicio " completamente sucias , en el restaurante dos lunas el trato me dejó mucho que desear y ya no dan pastas hasta despues de las 18:00 y nuevamente hay que registrarse. Los mariachis esta vez no estuvieron en la zona de eventos y la chica que canta los jueves con una gota de lluvia se fue .

We were suppose to stay in the grand oasis palm and got moved to the sens because of construction. We had no problem with that. Our first room we got, the view was of a roof and that was it. We asked if we could change rooms and they moved us to another room with a beach/ pool view for $100. They are remodeling so there was construction in the hotel we were in and that was non stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was mediocre. I would give food 2.5 out of 5. They told us we would get a free breakfast and discount on the morning pirate ship if we did this meeting. The meeting ended up being a timeshare but that took 3 hours the breakfast was basically over when we got there and we didn’t end up with the pirate ship. So missed 3 hours with family. The hotel was clean coffee was good. The sens pool we loved. Oasis was good we loved sens more. The ac wasn’t very strong in our room. The WiFi would stop working randomly for hours. The beach was nice and right there. I think this hotel has tons of potential. Family friendly. Bars were great. Rooms were cleaned and stocked when needed.

Muy Buena Experiencia Sin Duda... Personal Amable y Amigable

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas como lo mencionan, considero es de 3, no hay quien te ayude con las maletas, algunos meseros se molestaban por pedir algo, varios restaurantes no tenían servicio y aún que yo no tomo alcohol, vi que solo tenían una cerveza, las demás tenían costo, ah y la mayoría de los camastros rotos y en mal estado...y otros detalles que prefiero no mencionar....

El hotel está limpio y es agradable pero la comida deja mucho que desear deberían de especificar que hay distintos paquetes los cuales tú eliges el que quieras ya que hay dos tipos de brazaletes y hay mucha distinción, los meseros de la alberca o la playa no te ofrecen nada tú tienes que ir por lo que quieras la verdad faltas variedad en la comida que es la que deja mucho que desear

Ideal para familias y buena opción en Cancún

First I'll say this hotel would not have been my first choice. We decided to stay here because our married friends had already booked their stay and it was more convenient for us since we planned on vacationing together. Pros: Check in process was quick and we arrived early and our accommodations were already ready so we were able to go straight to our room. Room was a decent size and we had a beautiful view. Prices for the adult only cabanas ranged from $80 - $30 USD which is very reasonable. Cons: Shower mat for the tub had mold, Ironing board was broken but replaced and air conditioning system wasn't cooling enough though we set it to the lowest temperature. Resort had several specialty restaurants that were impossible to get a reservation for. We downloaded the Oasis App because it would allow for a quicker and easier reservation process however when trying to make a reservation everything was booked. This forced us to seek dinner off the resort which made our trip alil more costly but not regrettable. The "included" restaurants were also very packed to the point that we had to wait on line to be seated (I've never experienced this before). Our friends were doing a timeshare presentation and according to them their room was terrible. They were staying on the other side of the resort. We were on the Sens side and told them to inquire about being put on our side and they were told all the rooms were booked. Both rooms on either side of ours was vacant the entire trip.

The room is outdated and the staff is not friendly

Reserve para el gran oasis Palm, pero cuando ingrese me mandaron para el THE SENS según que bohemio y muy para adultos pero habían más niños que una guardería corriendo por los pasillos.

This hotel for only Spanish people with kids. No seat at lobby, you have to stay in the line for 30 min to get keys. No balcony, where I have to dry out my sweaming suite? Marble floor every where and same sitting at lobby. No open bar at lobby. Stay away.
