Nothing. No running hot water for bathing. Bugs in the shower. No amenities what so ever. Property looked like under construction. Would not recommend.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Avoid this hotel at all costs. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised online. It was old, extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and we even found cockroaches inside the room. I’ve attached photos so everyone can see the real condition of this place. The refrigerator was so filthy that it was disgusting to even open it, let alone store food inside. There were exposed electrical wires in the room, creating a serious safety hazard, especially for families traveling with young children. There was no microwave in the room, and the TV wasn’t even properly connected.I was traveling with my 18-month-old daughter and brought homemade food because she follows a special diet. We simply asked the restaurant staff to warm up her food for a few seconds. Both the restaurant staff and the hotel management refused. It was obvious they cared more about forcing guests to buy food from the restaurant than helping a toddler. That complete lack of compassion and basic customer service was honestly the most upsetting part of our stay. The swimming pool was also dirty and did not look clean or safe to use. This hotel is dirty, outdated, poorly maintained, and provides terrible customer service. The photos are misleading, and the reality is completely different. If you care about cleanliness, safety, or you’re traveling with children, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This hotel does not deserve money

They sold the room knowing full well that the shower do not work in the entire building. I could not take a shower dor 2 days, third day I had to shower in another room at building next door. Hotel is pretty run down.

Amazing location with access to the beach club next door. Very nice staff, comfortable beds and great AC!

The room was cleaned to perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful.

Me gustó mucho la habitación

A teníamos cucarachas en la habitacion en el pasillo de las habitaciones, bastante sucio y deprimente, el suelo de los pasillos están mal, 3 era planta sin ascensor (que eso no nos importa) pero para alguien puede ser importante. Los muebles están de más de 50 años. No me parece un hotel que las fotos se parezcan al estado actual.

Realmente un hermoso lugar! Estuvimos en un cuarto con la vista a la playa que realmente era un encanto. El restaurante del hotel igual tienen buenas opciones y ricas por buenos precios. Los lugares alrededor igual son excelentes. 10/10 este hotel lo tiene todo! (Igual el servicio de el personal estupendo!)

Muy buena ubicación pero habitaciones muy austera, problemas de fugas de agua en el baño.

Hay mucho olor a humedad las camas orribles el baño apesta y no baja el agua en el escudado,la verdad para el precio me decepcióno, yo vivo en Cancún bien podía regresarme solo por gust me quedé pero no la verdad muy mal la experiencia

Clean room Great helpful staff Very close to the beach and food vendors on streets

Room was clean but first room had the sliding glass door to go outside did not work. The safe did not work. We got moved and everything was fine except this room the shower leaked all over the bathroom. Other than that the staff is wonderful, nice and accommodating. The beach is beautiful and just steps away so makes up for the room. I heard this part of the hotel is going to be ripped down and added to the newer part beside it.
