The shopping mall is 5 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and accommodative. It’s quiet if your room is facing the pool.

La habitación estaba sucia. Dudosa renovación de las sábanas del cliente anterior. El cuarto de baño necesita mayor limpieza. Toallas de mala calidad y pequeñas.

Tenía media pensión y tuve que demostrar cuatro veces en tres días el justificante o recibo de la misma, un desastre de coordinación que te hac sentir muy mal, además la cena sin variedad.

Nous avons pris une chambre de 4 personnes, le lit pas confortable du tout , les toilettes salubres et la douche vraiment dégoûtante les pieds dans l’eau et moisissures . Le personnel a l’écoute et très sympathique.

Disturbing and Unacceptable Experience I had a deeply upsetting experience during breakfast at this hotel. While I was eating, a small kitten entered the kitchen area, clearly looking for food. Instead of gently removing the animal, a senior staff member (appeared to be the kitchen manager or head of the kitchen) violently kicked the kitten. The act was deliberate and forceful, and it happened in full view of guests. This was shocking, cruel, and completely unacceptable. Regardless of hotel policies, violence toward a defenseless animal is never justified. It ruined my stay instantly and left me feeling angry and distressed. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly urge animal lovers and anyone who values basic human decency to think twice before booking here.

Hotel vétuste, a besoin d un serieux rafraîchissement...lunette des wc dans un etat déplorable ,baie vitrée impossible à ouvrir.. A la piscine,a 17h,pas de personnel et impossible d'avoir une serviette et concernant les repas le buffet n est pas rechargé...di vous arrivez au bout d une heure,il en reste la moitié. 2 points positifs: le petsonnel tres serviable et souriant...et le quartier avec plein de commerces a proximité..

Not a 4 star it is more like a 2 star. Poorly cleaned and looked after. Air con did not work, swapped rooms and also did not work. Checked out after 2 days and found altrrnative accommodation.

Je suis déjà venu à l’hôtel Imperial Holidays à quatre reprises et je retrouve toujours ce qui me plaît : un excellent rapport qualité/prix et un personnel au top, toujours aussi gentil et accueillant. L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant, et cette fois la climatisation fuyait, mais malgré ces petits défauts, l’ambiance et le service me donnent toujours envie de revenir.
