very nice staffs

Hotel vétuste, a besoin d un serieux rafraîchissement...lunette des wc dans un etat déplorable ,baie vitrée impossible à ouvrir.. A la piscine,a 17h,pas de personnel et impossible d'avoir une serviette et concernant les repas le buffet n est pas rechargé...di vous arrivez au bout d une heure,il en reste la moitié. 2 points positifs: le petsonnel tres serviable et souriant...et le quartier avec plein de commerces a proximité..

Not a 4 star it is more like a 2 star. Poorly cleaned and looked after. Air con did not work, swapped rooms and also did not work. Checked out after 2 days and found altrrnative accommodation.

Je suis déjà venu à l’hôtel Imperial Holidays à quatre reprises et je retrouve toujours ce qui me plaît : un excellent rapport qualité/prix et un personnel au top, toujours aussi gentil et accueillant. L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant, et cette fois la climatisation fuyait, mais malgré ces petits défauts, l’ambiance et le service me donnent toujours envie de revenir.

The location is great and the staff are very nice and happy to assist with any issues. I enjoyed my stays in the hotel.

L’hôtel est vétuste, une seule prise dans la chambre. Il faut réclamer les serviettes qui sont données au compte goutte. L’eau de la piscine n’était pas clair. J’ai signalé que la douche était bouchée mais personne n’est passé.

Its very good location but from the room you can hear all the nosey from outside , very hard to sleep...

Exceeded my expectations. I don't understand the poor reviews, this is not the Four Seasons Hotel? From my arrival to departure, staff were consistently helpful and professional. My room was beautiful and very clean. The bathroom was immaculately clean with a powerful shower. Breakfast was adequate, dinner was more than I could eat, the buffet night was amazingly delicious. I enjoyed my time relaxing by the spacious pool area. Overall, I'm completely satisfied. Special thanks to Hassan and Aziz at reception. My cleaning lady too.

During check in I waited for about 12 minutes at the reception desk. I looked around and I saw a guy eating his dinner then made a hand gesture that he would assist me in a minute. Obviously that he saw me first when I arrived and he didn’t even approach me until I saw him. Breakfast buffet was good for for about $9.00. Locations is close to everything and plenty of restaurants around the area. Bed was comfortable and they cleaned it everyday except for the wall outside the bathroom is moldy and the bathroom has no shampoos and lotion available. Also, when I ordered the beer at the restaurant, the front desk guy charged me extra 10 dirham per bottle. The second night I ordered beer again I asked the waiter and told me the prices is always the same or 10 Dirham lesser than the first time I ordered it.

Not sure it warrants 4 stars. It’s dated but to be fair, it was good value.

Later that evening, around 11:00 PM, we discovered that the window could not be closed, leading to significant noise from the street. We reached out to reception again, but instead of receiving prompt assistance, we experienced delays and unhelpful responses. Additionally, the room was only stocked with essentials for two guests, despite our reservation being for four. When we requested additional supplies, we were met with vague and inconsistent answers, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the service fell far below expectations. A hotel should provide functional amenities, proper accommodations, and reliable customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

When we requested the necessary supplies, the same receptionist responded with yet another blatant lie, showing no regard for honesty or guest satisfaction. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. We expect a hotel to provide basic functionality, honesty, and proper accommodations. I urge management to address these issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter the same unacceptable treatment.

Decent

Hotel "convenable" dans le sens où le service est là, l'extérieur est sympa, mais les chambres sont en effet pas dans un super état (dégradations, saletés, etc). Après, je suis pas regardant donc j'ai très bien vécu le moment à l'hotel. Les seuls points qui m'ont "dérangé" est le manque de pression dans la douche (donc chiant pour se doucher) et un des ascenseurs qui "se fait vieux" donc un peu chiant à utiliser. Après, en conséquence, le rapport qualité/prix y est pas vraiment.

The receptionist is always smiling and happy to help as is the dining manager and staff. Room is clean which is most important.

It was good for a solo traveler, but cleanliness was an issue as they didn't clean my room on daily basis. The SPA treatment was the best and very professional
