很好. 唯一是辦理登記入住時,要等上了一小時,才可取房間.雖然職員給我們增了飲品,都是有些不滿.正當可以取房後發現給錯了房間.由於我們訂的是雙床房,她們給了我們king size bed 房間,我的伴侣極之不開心再到前台與她們理論後才安排雙床房給回我們.在這裏確有不開心的. 對於一間極吸引力的酒店,在這裏安排實在有的錯失,應加留意.因為客人在訂酒店時已指明是雙床房為何不能安排而導致錯失,需要改善. 酒店的運作應該是知道,每天入住的旅客是訂了什麼的房間,而作出安排.而不是隨便給了房間給旅客就算了。除非旅客沒有指明那種房間.才可接受的.

Perfect breakfast and nice staffs! Much appreciated for the romantic decorations in our stayed room. Perfect location for our visit, very convenient to transfer with bus, trains or subways.

Historic hotel with charm and style. Comfortable bed and space.

The hotel is in a great location. Spacious, clean, old school elegance, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. However I wasn't notified ahead of time that the pool and hot tub would be closed for my entire stay. That was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. I asked for compensation and the front desk just said he will put the request through to his manager but I have not heard back. I would have stayed at a far less expensive hotel had I known about the restricted amenities.

Situation was good. Staff helpful. Great views from bedroom windows. Plumbing issues on 4th floor only perhaps? No cold or hot water around 9.30am in the mornings.

A 5 star hotel should not ask you for 225 euros on your credit card in case you broke or stole something.If it must do that as a matter of policy it certainly should not pay the money into its account as it does and then return it to you 3 days later.In the meantime the conversion rate could have gone down.I know of no other 5 star hotel which behaves like this and I would not stay there again for that reason since it is already an expensive hotel. The nightly turn down service was also haphazard.It was done on 2 nights but not on the other two nights.

Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel property is good but if you get room 901-904 it’s very tricky to find and long from the exit. Bike rental was very handy and well priced. Bar staff also very helpful and friendly.

The staff were great. Our room was disappointing for the price. The blinds kept opening on their own in the middle of the night which we told staff about but it wasn’t fixed. Sauna was nice, but steam room and hottub did not work. Overall it was fine.

A beautiful old Hotel in the city center. Staff wonderful,room small but clean, complementary drinks in the mini bar. All was great til we went to use the Spa we had booked to use. Out of Order! But could use one at another hotel...7 min walk! Not impressed. Was offered a complementary wine for compensation. Enough? Not really. Did get a 10% discount which to us was an appropriate gesture.. We weren't the only couple unhappy. Staff did deal with us in an appropriate way and did apologize, and with a little compensation we were satisfied. Again ,all the staff were very friendly and we Would stay again, but check to see if the Spa area is functional

The breakfast menu was fresh. A bit expensive but to be expected at this place. We had a junior suite and it was excellent. Lots room and seating area. Staff was very courteous and helpful. In Old Town Amsterdam and close to everything. Will definitely stay here again when going thru Amsterdam!

Es ist in der Tat ein sehr schönes und stilvoll restauriertes Hotel. Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte in einen hübschen Zimmer. Am 2. Tage kamen wir um 17:00 in unser Zimmer, welches der Zimmerservice nicht gemacht hatte. Auf meine freundliche Anfrage diesbezüglich bei der Rezeption wurde mir sehr unprofessionell mitgeteilt, dass der Zimmerservice immer erst zwischen 16:00 und 17:00 die Zimmer reinigen würde. Man würde sofort jemanden raufschicken um das Zimmer zu machen. Da wir aber sehr müde waren, erübrigte sich dies verständlicherweise. Abends wurde das Zimmer dann noch gemacht, das Badewannenwasser, welches nicht ablief, stand immer noch in der Wanne. Schade, dass so unprofessionelles Personal in einem doch recht schönen Hotel auf die Gäste losgelassen wird. Auch haben wir keine Entschuldigung für den Ärger erhalten. In Anbetracht des sehr hohen Preises für das Zimmer kann ich leider keine bessere Bewertung abgeben.

This hotel should not be a 5 star hotel. Here are some of the reasons why…..It took them until 4:45 pm to clean our rooms even though I told them we had left the room at 11 am. The hair dryer didn’t work and I asked for a replacement, but it never came. When I asked for change at the bar they said they didn’t have any. When I then told them I couldn’t leave a tip, they miraculously found change. We asked for an early check in the day before, but they said nothing was available when we arrived at 12 noon. The spa area was nice, but there was no place to change except in a small bathroom. Finally there was no concierge available on Sunday.

Fabulous breakfasts. Room was very unique and comfortable.

The wellness area was a great advantage to our stay. Location was very good as walkable from the train station and to the heart of the city. Lots of food options nearby. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, over priced and our dinner came out with 2 of the 3 items lukewarm to cold. Enjoyed our time in the bar. Staff was great beside the one waitress we had.
