我覺得房間太過昏暗，還有就是房間的椅子也太少只有一張然後早餐很多人如果讓我再選我覺得我會選其他的連鎖飯店

We were assigned an accessible room during our stay. While the bathroom was quite spacious, it was highly inconvenient as there was nowhere to hang clothes, and the sink was extremely narrow. Additionally, there were some issues with the lighting; the room was poorly lit, and the spherical lamp next to the bed kept flickering. On the positive side, the room offered a very open and lovely view, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The breakfast selection was also extensive and of good quality.

A business hotel not aiming for tourist. Tourist is just allocated room facing internal structure which is very dark. Room lighting is also very dim. Toilet bowl keeps emitting bad smell which is disgusting. Water temperature keep changing from warm to cold every 20 to 30 seconds which causes shower a nightmare. A lot of the dishes in the restaurant have broken edges which we rarely seen in other hotels. Breakfast is 100% western without any Asian food. As I do not eat processed / refined food which are carcinogen and I do not eat trans fat food which increases LDL Cholesterol I can only eat salad, mushroom, fruit and egg in their breakfast which is very boring although their breakfast has large variety of cold cuts, salted food, bread and cakes. In my next trip to Norway which I am planning next summer, I will stay in Thon Hotel instead as they allocate room with much better view to tourist and their breakfast is of much better variety to Asian who has greater emphasis of healthy food.

Disappointed stay. The worst shower among all my hotel experience with water temperature keep jumping from warm to cold every 2 seconds!! Can't sleep well as room temperature is high at night no matter how you try to adjust it. The carpet just beneath the bed is loose and we nearly fell down a number of times during our stay. Cleanliness is yet to improve as there is hair on the bed sheet when we just check in and the carpet on the corridor outside the room is full of obvious white small pieces. Room window is facing their internal structure and so can only see other rooms when we look out the window. The so-called swimming pool is just a small play pool for children. Breakfast though appear to have variety but is just limited to 100% western food without any Asian food. Overall, consider it is just a business hotel instead of a tourist hotel. As a tourist, it will be more enjoyable to choose another international branded hotel which will be more cross cultural and home felt.

可惜房間內沒有煮水壺，需要熱水時還去樓下BAR幫忙裝!早餐非常豐盛，種類繁多，也都很美味!值得試試看的早餐!!

Very slow check in, room was dated and dirty. No bottle opener or glasses in the room.

Fangen wir erstmal mit dem Negativen an. Die USB-Buchsen auf der einen Seite des Bettes funktionierten nicht. In der Sauna, war eine Latte offenbar eingedrückt. Die Klimaanlage ist direkt auf das Bett gerichtet. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein schöner Aufenthalt: Ein wahnsinnig gutes Frühstück von süß bis herzhaft, von frischen Pancakes bis Leberpasteten, Croissants, Schokobrötchen, Obst, Joghurt und von allem viel Auswahl. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lagerung des Gepäcks zur Ankunft (Early Arrival) war kein Problem. Beim Frühstück wurden teilweise Getränke an den Platz gebracht. Zu den Einrichtungen: Den Spa-Bereich fand ich gut. Es gibt eine Dampfsauna und eine normale. Dazu ist ein Fußbad vorhanden und auch Kaltduschen für nach dem Saunagang. Einen kleinen Pool zum im Kreis schwimmen (mit Düsen) und einen Whirlpool zur Massage. Im Gym gibt es einige Cardiogeräte zur Auswahl: 6 Laufbänder, ein paar Räder, Rudergrät, Gewichte und ein paar Kraftgeräte. Vom Zustand alle top und auch mit BT-Funktionen. Zentrale Lage ist top: Man fällt aus dem Bahnhof ins Hotel. Es gibt vier Bikesharing-Stationen um das Hotel herum, sodass man schnell zum Rathaus kommt. Nahverkehr ebenfalls direkt angebunden. Insgesamt eine 9/10.

Saknade sittplats på dubbel rummet för två, enbart en fotölj.

Vi hadde ikke noe å si på oppholdet. Rommet var fint og veldig god senger. Hotellet kan anbefales.

Breakfast was fantastic. Spa was lovely but too many children running around pool without adequate parental supervision. Room a little too small (compact) Staff friendly

This hotel is great! It’s located across the street from the main train station and two blocks from the main shopping street. The room was large for a city hotel and very clean. The pool, hot tub, and saunas were a nice bonus. There was a large breakfast selection but the food was only okay.

Det luktet litt kloakk på badet. På rommet var det et stort møbel som tv sto på, det tok opp mye plass og det ble trangt mellom sengen og møbler. Det var to kofferter stativer, kjempe bra.

The hub er et kjempefint hotell. Rommene er veldig fine men sengen er litt smal. Deilig med Rituals produkter i dusjen. Vennlig kundeservice og helt OK Minibar 1 bra hotell midt i Oslo sentrum.

This hotel was beautiful! Our room was lovely and clean. The staff was very helpful, our child had heat exhaustion and ended up throwing up for much of our last night. They offered us late checkout and helped us book a cab to the local ER. The pool and spa area was beautiful.
