The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel make me feel safe, every time go in hotel need to do safety check same as in airport. The place very convenience, just walking distance can walk to Ikea and mall of asia by footbridge so even raining no need worry about get wet.

整體環境尚可, 但HOUSEKEEPING做得一般.清潔完, 沒有把所有東西放回原位, 也沒有補充已用的東西. BREAKFAST的食物選擇少, 味道也一般. COFFEE很不好喝.

We loved this hotel, everything was great, room, food, location, staff. We really liked the mall which belonged to this hotel, many stores, nice restaurants and much more!!! Can only recommend!!

Buffet is nice but not for that amount of money. Two guest 5,800 peso is too expensive. That’s $100 American dollars and nothing there was that special. Breakfast was 3,600 peso for two cheaper but still expensive. There not serving steaks and lobster. Food is mostly room temperature unless you’re order an omelet. There is a lot to pick from but be real. You can’t eat 50 different things. It’s could be a little more realistic and half the price then it would be sensible.

We get the city view we end up getting, the ikea store view! Very disappointing!!

The staff were amazingly accomodating and the kindest people around. They were always attentive and very respectful. The room was beautiful and relaxing, full of everything needed. The bathroom and shower was next level with 3 shower heads too! There was lots of closet room and the housekeeper kept my room immaculate. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of foods, omelet bar, fresh squeezed juices, and so much more. I would definitely return.

We stayed this place for a week though, we got sick but the place its inside the mall. very convenient the hotel is excellent though, its pricey. but you paid what you got as we expected. the front desk are very helpful and friendly and very professional, all the staffs are friendly inside the hotel rooms are very clean. the cleaning crew are wonderful and welling to go above an beyond, very helpful. the only problem we have at the restaurant. the table are too close to each other and while we try'd to enjoy our breakfast someone next to us was a couple playing games on their phone it was too loud that my husband and we couldn't hear each other when we talked so we ask the staff to move to a different table and we were ignore so I finally just got up and saw a table we just moved. it was getting annoying its a breakfast buffet not a place to play games. also, we ask for coffee since you can't get it yourself, it takes forever to just getting a coffee, the waitress forgot my husband's coffee, I finally got up and walked where they make the coffee to get it myself. so no tip.. but the waitress at the restaurant needs more training. but above all the foods at the restaurant are excellent and the hotel its wonderful and clean. I would stay again.

The hotel was wonderful. We had a room facing the harbor and the sunset was amazing. The staff was always so sweet.

I had the chance to stay at the Conrad Manila recently and it was a very good experience overall. The service throughout the property was solid, and Manager Virgilio M. was especially attentive and clearly focused on making sure guests were well taken care of. China Blue met expectations with well prepared dishes and a great atmosphere, and the staff at the C Lounge were professional and on point the entire time. There was some ongoing construction during my stay that created a bit of disruption, but the team responded quickly and handled it well, which I appreciated. I also had a great experience at the spa. Nerly did an excellent job and is definitely someone I would recommend requesting. Another therapist there gave me a deep tissue massage that helped a lot with tightness. I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she deserves credit because the treatment made a real difference. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with a team that clearly cares about service, and I look forward to returning. Great folks.

Awesome location. Walking distance to MOA and many other activities across the way. All the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and modern. Would stay again.
