This property was a fantastic place to start my family's month long vacation in Cebu. The vast amount of water activities were more than enough to keep my son very active for the four days we were there ( as a matter of fact its all he talked about for the remainder of the month ). My wife and I feel that the balcony overlooking the property and the ocean was very romantic and peaceful. We will be back soon and will stay with you all again!

1.兒童遊戲室看起來很不錯，但因為只能玩30分鐘(住一天跟兩天都一樣)， 然後就要加錢，所以一個小孩都沒有，有沒有這麼吝嗇

但整體來說瑕不掩瑜，為了水樂園來住兩晚，是值得的

酒店是小朋友自己選的，看中的是它的充氣水上樂園。酒店整體親子設備完善，小朋友很開心。水上樂園浴巾有點髒，房間一般，可接受。第一晚分配到的房間離雞舍很近，雞一直叫很吵。第二天酒店幫忙換了房間，好多了。酒店客人很多，本來我們希望酒店幫忙接機，但遲遲得不到回覆。比較難叫Grab，外賣也需要出去拿，有點不方便，不過也許這也保障客人安全吧。整體0-10分，我給7分。

Clean room, staff most likely will greet acknowledge your presence, several outdoor pools plus a waterpark, dining buffet is a must. Been there twice and will return. Laundry service also available. Pit falls were the shower would leak over the tub, dishes /beer bottles left at pool side from the day before.

The room was clean but did have to follow up each day with room keeping staff regarding clean towels and bathroom amenities for the room after it was cleaned each day which customers should not have to do this as this should be done each day by the staff when the room is tidied up and cleaned each day. The air conditioning system in the room also was not the best and didn’t seem to work properly. Outdoor pools and beach were great and staff were really friendly and helpful. I did try the buffet for dinner on the Saturday night. The dining starts at 6pm I arrived at 6:30pm for dinner, even though the buffet had a vast selection of food, the food was cold already and quite disappointing the taste of each selection not what I expected from a dinner buffet. I did try to give it another chance for the morning buffet the next day which was Mother’s Day which was an even greater disappointment. I feel management need to take the full responsibility here. Even though like most customers at the resort/hotel would have prepaid for breakfast there was a 30-40 minutes wait before I was seated. There was no seats inside the restaurant and was seated outside in the bar area as no room inside the restaurant. When I did get to serve myself there was no plates to serve and clean plates not refilled. Once again there were plenty of options but this time there was no food as nearly all had run out and not replenished by the kitchen as seems they ran out. Management seems did not pre plan day

They communicate well when it comes to airport transfer. We had to wait for over an hour for the driver to pick us up. I booked and paid online which I
thought to be the best option if you don’t have a Philippine phone line. They should improve on this area.
Pools were great but cleanliness on the property were not the best.

I take 2 rooms 1 is ocean view then the other room I was reverb was city view! I was surprised it was building view ! My second day I prefer one room for my sister actually I was check in about 1:30 the we are keep on wait finally we got our key almost 4:00

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to their role. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was organized, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s clear that the hotel puts effort into ensuring guests are comfortable.
The food was also a highlight of my stay. Meals were fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. There was a good variety, and everything I tried was satisfying.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and great food. The staff truly make the experience special, and I would definitely stay here again.

Fun and enjoyable experience especially if you’re traveling with family or friends.
The best part of the resort is definitely the pools. There are so many of them, plus slides and waterpark areas, so there’s always something to do. It’s really great for kids, but even adults can enjoy just hanging out and relaxing.
The staff were generally friendly and approachable, and we appreciated how welcoming they were.
The room was spacious enough, though, it could use a little bit more cleaning. Some parts of the resort could use a little maintenance, but nothing that completely ruined the stay.
Main downside: service can be a bit slow which was surprising considering they weren’t busy (our drinks came out after 30 mins of placing our order and waited over an hour for our food to come out), alot of the restaurant employees were just chatting and on their phones.
Overall, Solea is a good choice if you’re looking for a fun, budget-friendly resort with lots of activities. Just don’t expect a super luxurious or fast service resort.
