Room was spotless ,bedding was clean and comfortable . Food in restaurant was excellent and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location of hotel is ideal for shopping, theatre and music gigs.

Great hotel and perfect location. Very friendly staff and good sized room. The breakfast is really good. Will definitely stay again.

Great! Everything was excellent. Beds were the best. Breakfast had Everything and more. Real honey!! But best of all was the staff. All of them. Catherine and Cherry were extra nice! Per and Ewa

Really enjoyed our stay , room was clean and lots of towels ,beds were comfy, really good shower that had shampoo conditioner and body wash. Check out at 12 was really good to as lets you enjoy your stay :) also reception were super helpful on the phone in bedroom, had a hair dryer that wasn't working and replaced it with in 30 mins. And let us leave our bags when we checked out for free :)

Staff friendly and helpful. Pool good. Biscuits in room with tea and coffee would have been appreciated.

My room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The two meals that I had in the restaurant (a breakfast and dinner) were both very good. The only criticism that I have, which is not the fault of the property itself, is that it's located in a somewhat "blighted" area i.e. surrounding buildings not well maintained and full of graffiti.

It nice clean hotel. The swimming pool kept the kid happy and entertained. They have lockers but if you don’t trust leaving your stuff unattended bring your own lock or leave all valuables in your room and you can put clothes in locker without a lock. Easy to walk to locations for food.

Great ammenities to make room comfortable: individual controlled thermostat, windows that open, bathtub, hand cream, shampoo and conditioner, kettle, hair dryer Comfy beds with lots of storage and quiet on the 7th floor with good security to access floor On site bar/resto, pool, gym Really good include breakfast What could be improved: hard to say but would have liked a facecloth but to be fair if I asked maybe they had one

Breakfast was plentiful but missed mushrooms among the fried choice Room was clean although dissappinting that water damage above bath remained from floor above The threshold into bathroom was a trip hazard especially on exit The lifts did not work well and need to be more reliable. I would return as its closeness to subway was appreciated and the staff friendly and helpful.

Staff 1st class and helpful

Especially enjoyed the friendly staff, and welcome cookie. Shame about the view but you can’t really change that. And better signing for the car park would be helpful

Hotel was very good but the night we stayed there was an event so it was quite noisy which wasn’t the hotel’s fault

After a couple of hiccups getting our assigned room things went great, this was all thanks to the reception staff. Not sure if it was down to booking through a third party rather than directly with the hotel itself that the hiccups with the room occurred
