Full English and continental breakfasts available, restaurant, clean and tidy

The room was very spacious, clean, and we had everything what we needed. Bathroom was for disabled and one minus was that there was no shiwer curtain so the water was spraying everywhere (on toilet as well) but that was not end of world.
Staff was very helpful and kind. They have tried to accomodate all of our needs, were very helpful with freezing our freezer units, which we were relying on during our travels. They were very positive and recommended some experience in Swansea on rainy day.
Breakfast was amazing, there was a lot to choose from, fresh smoothie, loose tea (not ussuall but great perk) and it was with lovely view(felt like in small Jungle)
We would 100% stayed again, thisbplace is close to motorway and perfect spot for discovering and traveling around South Wales.

I have stayed here on 4 different occasions. I think the staff are superb and a credit to the hotel. It is reassuring to see the same staff whenever I visit. They are always willing to help, but with a smile.

Nice and relaxing stay, staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice, good choice. Location is great, next to Costa, Greggs and McDonald's. Flat walkway straight into town centre. Bit noisy next to the road, next time would prefer the car park side. Lovely room and comfy.

Positives:
Staff polite, courteous and helpful.
Negatives:
Rooms are small in comparison to other establishments we have stayed in.
Room felt tired and neglected. In need of refurbishment. Stains on netting, curtains, walls and carpets. Limited sockets avaliable and supplied with a block connector to use kettle and phone charger.
Shower head bracket worn and would not support the shower head. Had to be held by hand to avoid it falling out and shattering on the floor!
We would not recommend this hotel in it's current condition.
