Absolutely perfect for our one night mum and young son date 👌. Super clean, great breakfast and best of all, the staff were fabulous; really friendly and kind. Will stay again.

It was an amazing experience. My wife enjoyed every bit of her stay there. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

I booked the room on hotel.com which I through was reasonable on bank holidays weekend. The hotel staff were very welcome and friendly. We got to our room the lights on wall didn’t work, lights hangs off the bed wasn’t working’s, one switch wasn’t working, not much lighting in the room. I did complaint about it but staff couldn’t do much as it was full booked. Someone banged on our room door in the early hours morning, some girl was screaming, no phone in the room. The beds wasn’t comfortable, we only had 1 pillow each my friend had use a towel to make the pillow more comfortable. Breakfast was ok but wasn’t much there Overall it was okish

The best selection for breakfast that I've experienced. All staff cheerful and genuinely interested in why we were staying there ( for a concert) it's our 2nd visit and both times have been outstanding.

The hotel was great for a 2 night stay with my dog. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. On the first night we couldn’t get the TV or heater to work and it was bitterly cold but the staff on reception fixed both problems straight away. Thank you Swansea Ibis.

Nice rooms and area

Ideal hotel if you’re visiting Swansea Arena. Was only just over a fiver for an uber/taxi. Really friendly staff and a lovely bar and lounge area. The road side of the hotel is quite noisy, although didn’t worry us as we normally sleep with a fan on at night, so the noise wasn’t a trouble. The only real issue was the thickness of the mattress. Beds only have a thin mattress and a topper, which for us wasn’t very comfortable. We also found the pillows were super soft and weren’t very supportive , it would have been nice to have a couple of firmer ones in the room to give guests an option.

Great location! Nice and calm environment. Clean and tidy. Super welcome from the very friendly staff and even had my luggage carried out for me on the morning of my departure! Great overnight stay at the Ibis!

It was okay. The pillows were a bit flat but the bed was comfy. I couldn’t double lock my door which I didn’t like as a single woman. The sink and shower didn’t drain very well, there would be a long wait for it went down. Shower gel was very nice.
