Very impressive. Amazing friendly greeting for checkin. All the staff were so friendly and genuinely really lovely. Room very modern and clean.. one of the best hotel bathrooms I’ve seen for a long time. Lovely reception and breakfast areas with tasty breakfast. Took us about 30 mins from Swansea station and was 15 mins from a beefeater restaurant and a Tesco express Very happy and would definitely come again. Thank you for an amazing stay

Great location to enjoy a stroll into Swansea, through the marina, (20 minute walk). Staff are excellent and so friendly. Stayed here about 5 times in the past. Will always use this hotel

This is a basic hotel and very reasonably priced. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were good, which is always a bonus as I'm vegan and my husband is gluten intolerant! It was a comfortable, pleasant place to stay so we could catch up with family, not luxurious but it fitted the bill for us as a base . It also allowed our dog to stay! I'll certainly book it again next time .

Our first night in the hotel was a disaster due to a guest staying below us that was screaming, banging doors, thumping the walls so loudly that it affected most of the other guests in the hotel, from about 1am until about 3.30am we called reception and the young lady that was on duty was already aware and had tried to sort it out but the person involved was apparently so aggressive that the police had been called. All the staff we met were helpful, the room was OK for what we needed but the disturbance was unacceptable as we had specifically requested a quiet room in the hotel. We met other guests that were equally upset by this situation.

Not much beer in stock, I was told there had been an issue over the weekend but I had a glass of wine 🍷. Staff we're talkative, room was spacious and clean, excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room.

We enjoyed our stay. We were given a ground floor room but as it was warm and no air con we requested a change as needed the window open. We were given the top floor, end room, facing the car park. This room was mostly quiet and clean with all necessary amenities. The only downside was that people gathered for a smoke and a chat below the window on a regular basis. Maybe a smoking area away from the building would provide a solution.

We were in Swansea for 1 day so it served its purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a small bar but the taps were not working. We were able to get an Uber into the city centre (about a 5-8 minute drive). There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. There is a McDonalds next door but that is about all you can walk to, its sort of an industrial area along the motorway. It was fine for our purpose (football match) but if I was staying longer Id likely get something closer to the city with more amenities.

The room was a great size. Everywhere was spotless & clean. The breakfast was excellent as had choice of the usual hot items & continental choice too. The location was good as it was quiet & near the docks. So a great area to walk around in. Would definitely book here again if staying in Swansea as excellent value. Special shout out to the reception staff who couldn’t do enough for you & do friendly. This makes a difference when you’re travelling solo.

Nice and relaxing stay, staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice, good choice. Location is great, next to Costa, Greggs and McDonald's. Flat walkway straight into town centre. Bit noisy next to the road, next time would prefer the car park side. Lovely room and comfy.
