The room was very clean and quiet with a stunning lake view. The staff was helpful when I had question about checking in. It’s a good place nearby to stay when visiting Hallstatt.

Staff is so nice and the room is clean and comfortable, below picture is the view of my room, can enjoy the lake view room with budget price, worth staying!

Owner galak, check-in tidak boleh di atas jam 7 malam dengan alasan apapun, jangan pilih tinggal disini kalau tidak terpaksa, pasti menyesal dengan sikap owner, saya cancel meski tidak bisa refund.

Do not book, if you have other options. The customer service of the hotel is very poor! (service is very good though). The room is older than what you see in the picture. Wifi is very slow. The old man in the reception is very unhelpful and not willing to help at all. There is emergency number, because at night no body will be there to help you, so we called because our heater and wifi were not working, he rejected the help and hang up the phone... Very bad experience for customer. Suggestions: just go for other option in near by the hotel if you want to stay near hallstat or obertraun.
