Awesome spot!

The beautiful balcony view onto the bay is burned into my mind! We had a great time! We hope to return once again in the near future. I'd definitely recommend this resort!

Breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner menu could offer some tamer choices. Staff were helpful and efficient. Room was comfortable. Pool area was very nice and well kept.

First, I’m staying at the grotto. Must say this hotel looks a lot better in pictures mind you they are renovating the property so things might change in the near future. This hotel is conveniently located three minutes from the airport and has tons of potential, but it’s lacking some serious attention to detail. This is a beautiful property, but needs to be cleaned and kept up to standards. The pool was dirty. The grounds weren’t clean. They have a beautiful grotto at the Property which is something out of this world, but needs to be maintained again. The lobby area was renovated very clean and the staff was great from the front door to the front desk but the rest of the hotel staff didn’t seem too eager to help. The beach area was decent but not the cleanest and the chairs were old. I don’t think we would be returning to this property until it is renovated. It was just not for us…

Lovely hotel, will great staff. Beautiful beach and cool caves

This stay brought a big surprise! Everything about the hotel seemed so familiar- then we realized we had stayed there over 30 years ago. The weather was fantastic and so was the stay.

Spacious and clean rooms. Excellent location on beach and view of the bay. Graceful , courteous and helpfull staff.

Very professional and amazing staff

This is a great place located 5 minutes away from the airport, the bus station is right outside the entrance. The offers all inclusive option including alcoholic drinks and transportation passes including ferries. The food is very good.

Not exactly ocean front as expected more like swamp lagoon front

Overall a good stay. Couple of issues- room was given 30min late; they forgot to deliver cream/sugar to room- minor issues. They have a ride service from main entrance to the room as the rooms are down a slope. We used this service everyday and they did sneak excellent job. Staff is friendly, helpful and very courteous.

A good value option and convenient to airport and onsite diving. Bar staff is indifferent but that’s what you get with embedded gratuities at many places.

Nice resort

Beautiful resort and close to airport

The property was beautiful, the staff members were all very friendly and helpful, and we loved the pool and beach area. The balcony overlooking the bay was amazing. There were a lot of stairs between the main building and the buildings with the rooms, and also to get to the pool, so just beware if you have mobility issues. But we would absolutely stay here again!

I have to say I was a little disappointed. I’m not usually a fussy person. There was never enough staff, especially in the bar and food service areas. Many of them were excellent quite a few were rude. I don’t know if it was the time of year, but several of the restaurants were closed due to “weather“. There was absolutely no entertainment and not the place to pick for our girls week.
