Overall all a good place to stay. The hallways were a little cool but other than that it was good.

The hotel is nice and central to most places in downtown Ottawa. But parking is extremely inconvenient especially if you are disabled. There is an underground lot connected to the hotel but it has height restrictions and only the third level is connected to the hotel. There is also parking at the Rideau Centre, but to access the lot you need to walk to the far side of the mall. In the winter and being disabled it is extremely difficult. The hotel, room and staff were great, parking is the only issue.

Bad experience

Hotel was nice and convenient to downtown. A shame the breakfast was luke warm even after I put my plate under a heat lamp to warm the plate before putting food on it. Stupid idea to have plates on cold window sill. No small lates near pastries. Pool water temp is not warm enough. Cookie was nice touch.

Breakfast hot items were not hot, e.g., pancakes, eggs. Desk chair in one room needed replaced. Selection of TV channels available did not meet expectations for a basic update on current Canadian news channels.

Staff wete helpful

The rooms are nice, and it is pretty quiet being downtown. Breakfast not included and a bit pricy in are opinion. And a note if you have to use there parking, hopefully you don't have a large/high vehicle because there is like only 10 spots to park.

Very nice hotel, close to the heart of the city. Very walkable.
