Parking was difficult… The hotel staff sent us in the Indigo parking that was full. We ended up parking at the Rideau Centre!

The room was unreasonable small for 2 people, the parking was a nightmare, the fridge in the room didn’t work and after 2 days all of our food spoiled. I don’t think we will stay here again.

Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 430pm and my room still wasn’t ready. I was told because there was a late check out. Keep in mind, check out is at 12pm. It was very disappointing as we had to wait for our room to be ready. Also, would have been nice to know that the hotel was under renovations prior to booking. Besides that, room was clean.

Hot tub is replaced by a “deck”.Instead of being fixed or replaced on a cold frigid winter day like yesterday and today it would have been so nice to be able to go in the hot tub. The buffet breakfast at $28 person is garbage consisting of powdered scrambled eggs and soggy sausage. The room itself was ok. For a similar cost I would consider staying at the Westin or Marriott instead next time.
