Fantastic location. Really clean. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Can’t fault it (well, free parking would be nice but the world isn’t perfect 😉). Would highly recommend.

Air conditioned! A big relief as visiting during a heatwave. Very comfortable. Good position, close to the centre of Bournemouth but far enough away to be quiet away from the hustle. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and 5-10 minutes walk to the beach.
Nice big reception area, plenty of seats, relaxed atmosphere.
Had a twin room. Everything that was required. In room 428, nice view of the sea from the floor to ceiling window. Good size bathroom with shower, no bath, but that was fine with me. 428 was interconnecting room so was a bit worried about noise coming from next door. Luckily during my visit, didn't hear anything. Maybe there was just no one there!
Comfy bed, slept very well, room was perfect temperature thanks to the air con.
Breakfast was great, decent choice, even a waffle maker, producing a nice, big fluffy waffle. Usual cooked choice, cereals, fruit. Something for all. Again, nice relaxed atmosphere.
No restaurant but they were serving curries and pizzas. I saw a pizza being served, looked good.
Really can't think of any negatives to our stay. Would highly recommend if staying in Bournemouth.

Clean rooms, with good facilities. Breakfast was well stocked. Over all a nice stay. This hotel is excellently placed for central bars and restaurants as well as a short walk to west cliff restaurants. Also only 5 to 10 mins to the seafront and all it's facilities.

The room was a good size and very clean. There was no hairdryer but luckily I had packed my own. I slept very well and it generally was a quiet relaxing place to be.

The hotel is located on a hillside, and dragging luggage up the hill on foot would be quite strenuous for the elderly and those with weaker constitutions.
The hotel facilities and services are only 3-star level.
The hotel breakfast was a nightmare; no wonder it was included (I believe it was already charged in the room rate), because no one would buy such a bad breakfast! The breakfast was unpalatable, and even the tableware was dirty.
I would stay in other hotels in the future.

The room was quite small (really small) and not convenient to go to the gym to get refillable water station or lobby(front desk) for ice as there isn’t one on each floor.

It is clear that no one checks rooms on a regular basis. Many items broken or no working—lamps, a/c, mirror lights. This was on top of stained area rugs, poop on the toilet (outside pedestal), and broken phone. After one switch (and down grade) from one room…still had issues. Staff could only write down issues since maintenance was not on site/off duty until next weekday.
And parking…crazy town. Not free. Not close.
Attempted to eat dinner late one night but chef called in sick and no sign was posted on front desk for customers to plan accordingly.
Overall, highly disappointed that Hilton would put their name on this one.

The room had a missing telephone, a table lamp which didn't work, a Television with "No Signal" and although there was a door to a balcony (locked) no natural ventilation.
The person who sets up the breakfast did a wonderful job and deserves an accolade.

We had a one night stay in a very good room with sea view. The staff were excellent and it was excellent to have the parking right on site.
The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of options to choose from.
It was about a 10 minute walk to the sea.
All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

On arrival very impressed with the car parking and security around the car park. Lovely twin room - every member of staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast and the amazing choice of what was available- well done, fantastic location for us aswell, shame about the miserable June weather.

Area around hotel not the best. Glad we were not there at weekend, but hotel felt very secure. The locked, very expensive , underground parking. Lifts that required a room key to use them gave a good feeling of security.
Good aircon , plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed made for a good stay.
I judge a hotel on its towels and these were large, thick, very white bath sheets. 10/10
Breakfast was good with choice of hot and cold dishes, make your own waffles, and fruit. Very enjoyable.
Price very reasonable. We would stay again.

We arrived and the check-in process was quick, as there were no queues.
The room size was reasonable; however, there were only two drawers and no wardrobe just a small rail to hang stuff on which was somewhat inconvenient.
Breakfast was decent, but there were no staff readily available.
As the hotel was quite full, this led to some difficulty in finding a table to sit at.
