The whole hotel was clean and tidy with very new decor. All staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. Highly recommend.

Clean through out.
Breakfast lovely.
Close to Bournemouth town seafront and bus route. Parking. Would recommend to family and friends. Stayed last year just before Christmas. Will be back next year.

Receptionist REFUSED to provide me with invoice. Came up with excuses, which I know are not correct, as have stayed with Hilton before and never had this problem. Guest bed not ready. She used the excuse that she'd only just received my booking, even though I had booked it over an hour before. Seemed like she didn't care about what I had to say. I asked if I could cancel it because of the problems and go elsewhere. She said no. It was an awful stay

This hotel thought it was fine to cancel our room just a few minutes before we arrived to check-in!
Never booking with these clowns again...
We found the MARRIOTT HOTEL to be very welcoming and enjoyed our stay with them - Check them out instead of booking here!
