Beim Frühstück könnte das Personal freundlicher sein. Der Spüler hinter der Theke sollte dort auch bleiben und aus hygienischen Gründen keinen Service machen. Ansonsten war das Personal aufmerksam und nett.

Staff were nice and welcoming. A bit of grime and grout in the bathroom cubicle and bed duvet cover was quite thin plus buffet breakfast was lukewarm so it was quite tough to eat hence the rating.

Hotel is in a great location close to the main areas. Parking is directly below the hotel, reasonable priced and secure; be aware there is no lift into the hotel, you need to walk back out the entrance, however there's no obvious signs to tell you this. Staff were always polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and had a nice view (5th floor). Breakfast is included in the price and was plentiful, however, having stayed with Hampton on a number of occasions before, we found there to be less choice (fried eggs just 1 example) and the hot food was noticeably bland. Additionally, signage was lacking i.e. semi-skimmed or whole milk and what the waffle toppings are. Overall positives outweighed the easily rectified negatives and would definitely consider staying again.

The property was very good location not so good, Mattress where very uncomfortable, my husband and I tossed and turned all night we both had back aches in the morning. When complained in the morning the lady at the desk was not very helpful.
