전반적으로 숙소가 깨끗하고, 조용해서 좋았습니다. 해변까지 도보로 10분 이내라 산책하기 좋았습니다. 주변에 한국식 라면을 먹을 수 있는 식당이 가까이 있는 것도 또한 괜찮았습니다.

Good quality Hotel for an overnight in Bournemouth

On arrival very impressed with the car parking and security around the car park. Lovely twin room - every member of staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast and the amazing choice of what was available- well done, fantastic location for us aswell, shame about the miserable June weather.

Good hotel

Area around hotel not the best. Glad we were not there at weekend, but hotel felt very secure. The locked, very expensive , underground parking. Lifts that required a room key to use them gave a good feeling of security. Good aircon , plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed made for a good stay. I judge a hotel on its towels and these were large, thick, very white bath sheets. 10/10 Breakfast was good with choice of hot and cold dishes, make your own waffles, and fruit. Very enjoyable. Price very reasonable. We would stay again.

We arrived and the check-in process was quick, as there were no queues. The room size was reasonable; however, there were only two drawers and no wardrobe just a small rail to hang stuff on which was somewhat inconvenient. Breakfast was decent, but there were no staff readily available. As the hotel was quite full, this led to some difficulty in finding a table to sit at.

Stayed on Business several times and what makes this Hotel is the ease of check in. Great staff and location.

Very good and convenient stay overnight especially that the carpark is just below the property. Very clean which is a big plus. Breakfast was so-so and not the highest quality but it does the job. Not a deal breaker. Would I stay here again - yes.

シャワー施設しかなかったのはしょうがないが、シャワーのブラインドもなく、水浸しになりそうで大変だった。 また、駐車場に行きにくいのでホテルから直接エレベーターで行けると便利。 良い点としては、朝食がメニュー豊富で美味しかったこと、施設が最新で新しく清潔なところ、部屋も繁華街の近くだが静かなところ。

As a family we had a good stay overall, very clean, well maintained furniture, big beds, beautiful bathroom with incorporated shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand gel and body lotion. The room had included a hairdryer, iron, safe box for valuables, kettle and various coffee/tea selections; however for a family room there was NO FRIDGE which I found unusual especially when travelling with a toddler, it should be a necessity in a hotel room. There wasn't anywhere to dry our towels/bathing suits, and for a hotel near the beach it doesn't make sense, also we couldn't open any windows- felt a bit claustrophobic. The AC was very useful during the heatwave. Not a lot of storage space. Lovely breakfast served everyday, plenty of food options, the waffle maker was definitely a nice touch. For a short stay it was alright, but I wouldn't book here again. Luckily it was at a good price. Thank you for our stay xx

Hotel very central and short walk to the beach. WiFi not strong, we struggle to get a signal. Bed the mattress needs updating but nice shower. Breakfast ok standard English breakfast. Parking very crowded as not hotel exclusive. We spent over 1 hr trying to get a space one day. Overall stay ok.

I've stayed here before, and would stay here again. Great hotel.

The hotel was great but the parking did not have any signs pointing to the hotel si that was very confusing, and the exit from the car park was awful.

Breakfast was limited as not enough fresh fruits on offer and yoghurts could improve. Doesn’t sell Guinness at the bar either . Parking too expensive

The hotel was comfy, clean and close to local amenities. Staff were friendly and happy to help with any queries. Breakfast was lovely with a nice selection of food. Room was cosy and everything needed to make the stay enjoyable e.g. fast wifi, hairdryer, iron etc. Would stay here again :-)

A surprisingly lovely stay, and with two teenagers, having so many police places to eat and a cinema close by made it an unforgettable evening and tonight They also love the breakfast, especially the little waffle station 👍 Very good value for money
