Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth

Enjoyed our stay and it was disabled friendly. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment and they couldn't clear it away quick enough. On the last morning we ran out of milk and it wasn't replenished, I had to find someone to ask for milk for my tea and he bought out a mug of milk which was difficult to pour.

Very good

Convenient location. Clean room and shower room. Some maintenance required (eg tear in carpet, missing cover on shower valve). Lovely staff and breakfast. Nice gym.

It was very good

The staff at this hotel are second to none, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and on the whole very clean. However, I was initially put off by several stains on the carpet, but all the linen was clean and immaculately white. Personally, I would pay extra for decent toilet paper in the bathroom. Good choice for breakfast, but the crockery never seemed clean. It probably was , but hadn’t been rinsed properly and there was a residue felt and seen on cups and plates. Cutlery was clean though. Be aware that this hotel is on a very steep hill and not suitable for those not able to walk far. However, I solved this problem by getting a taxi up the hill. Very steep to walk down though.

Very straight forward check-in quick and efficient reception, staff were very polite room was really particularly the bathroom which was very clean and modern. I’ve no complaints

Stayed at the hampton hilton for one night only. If i had stayed longer would of complained. Hotel itself was nice and cleaned. You have to pay £15.50 a night at weekends just to stay there.It was the room itself. Paid for queen bed sea view room. Disappointed no different to a premier inn room. It was a kingsize bed. Went down to reception to query the room. Was told they are queen size beds on the 3rd floor. I replied maybe for midgets. There was only 1 bath towel was told there was spare in wardrobe there was only 1. Couldn't be bothered to go back down and look like a annoying guest. The room was very basic. There was only a shower there was no window to open just i single glass panel which looked out to sea. Breakfast was free included in the bill, was limited. If i gad srayed another night would of complained the plates were dirty so where the cups. The plates had a gritty feel to them like they had be wahed with to much detergent and hadn't been rinsed properly. For the price i paid £175 for 1 night i would different not stay at this hotel ago. Disappointing for a hilton hotel.

Hotel was overall good, but the parking is very very tricky and there is no direct connectivity to hotel entry. Parking was usually full and with so small spaces. It needs a skills to park in and out for such tight spaces. Other than parking, rest of the hotel was good, clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at this lovely hotel.

Very good hotel. Convenient location, close to the beach and town centre. Has all the facilities you need. Room was a bit small for a family, but overall, a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel. Lovely clean smelling pillows and sheets. Very rare!

Pretty basic for the £179 paid for a night!

Great location, although Bournemouth is hilly, underground car park is very convenient, check in quick and room ready early. Room very comfortable, modern and clean - only missing a fridge. Breakfast was excellent - happy to go back

Hotel was fine but please be aware there is a steep climb to get to it! Good location not far from sea front and centre.
