The only criticism we have, is that the cooked items for breakfast were not hot enough, actually just warm. It didn't help that the plates were also cold. Although the selection of breakfast items was excellent. All the staff from reception to housekeeping, that we encountered were polite friendly and courteous. All the public aeras were always clean and tidy. Our room 309 was clean comfortable and quiet. Your reception staff were knowledgeable and informative on our arrival. Although we have a criticism about breakfast it would not put us off staying at this hotel again.

Fantastic stay! The only thing this hotel is missing is it's own restaurant for dinner. And it's at the top of a very steep hill which, after enjoying many of Bournemouth's fine restaurants, is bloody hard to climb. The room was immaculate, the staff responsive and professional, highly recommended.
