Ideally situated 5 mins from bus centre and about 10 mins from beach. Cosy lounge area with bar and food. Small selection but we enjoyed the curry. Room clean with lots of toiletries. Good selection for breakfast. Staff pleasant.

We had a lovey 2 night stay here. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was also spacious and had a great walk in shower. The breakfast was also great with plenty to choose from. The staff were lovey and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back next time we come to Bournemouth.

Stayed here for an event at the BIC. Ideal as only a 10 minute walk. Hotel nice and clean and staff friendly. Room well presented and laid out. Our only let downs were the bed, very very firm mattress which ment an uncomfortable nights sleep. Breakfast, not a bad selection just better quality ingredients on the hot side of things needed. Parking, advise you get there early as it’s only a small car park with tight spaces and it’s shared with the Hilton next door.

The room was very clean, and the veiw of the sea was lovely. The complimentary toiletries are nice, i really liked the fragrance and the bath sheets were massive which was fab as we are quite large ourselves! Tea and coffe facilities were as expected. The beds were very 'firm' although I never contacted reception to see if reception had any toppers to resolve this. that the beds were quite hard

The only criticism we have, is that the cooked items for breakfast were not hot enough, actually just warm. It didn't help that the plates were also cold. Although the selection of breakfast items was excellent. All the staff from reception to housekeeping, that we encountered were polite friendly and courteous. All the public aeras were always clean and tidy. Our room 309 was clean comfortable and quiet. Your reception staff were knowledgeable and informative on our arrival. Although we have a criticism about breakfast it would not put us off staying at this hotel again.

Fantastic stay! The only thing this hotel is missing is it's own restaurant for dinner. And it's at the top of a very steep hill which, after enjoying many of Bournemouth's fine restaurants, is bloody hard to climb. The room was immaculate, the staff responsive and professional, highly recommended.
