Clean room, lovely staff great breakfast

Room was clean and great room service attendants but had no telephone and I had to walk down to reception all the time I wanted something. Breakfast was okay but because I don’t eat pork I didn’t have more to eat. There is vegan sausages though but I would have preferred chicken. I complained for 3 days that I had no telephone. Had a visitor, even though I had given out their details and time of arrival for easy pass, they were not allowed access and kept calling my room telephone that wasn’t in my room and kept my visitor waiting and embarrassed. If there was a good communication and recordings between the front desk reception staff, this would have been avoided. The staff said the one I communicated to didn’t inform her. The telephone issue was not fixed throughout my stay even though I was promised it would. WiFi was free. No Spa in the hotel, but you get a good discount to use the one at Hilton.

Building was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Me and my wife had room 308 and set the heat at 22 degrees but was cold all night. My kids had room 304 and got bitten by bed bugs, which has never happened before and was surprising as it looked clean. My kids

The whole hotel was clean and tidy with very new decor. All staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. Highly recommend.

Staff very polite and welcoming. Clean through out. Breakfast lovely. Close to Bournemouth town seafront and bus route. Parking. Would recommend to family and friends. Stayed last year just before Christmas. Will be back next year.

Receptionist REFUSED to provide me with invoice. Came up with excuses, which I know are not correct, as have stayed with Hilton before and never had this problem. Guest bed not ready. She used the excuse that she'd only just received my booking, even though I had booked it over an hour before. Seemed like she didn't care about what I had to say. I asked if I could cancel it because of the problems and go elsewhere. She said no. It was an awful stay
