Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth

Great hotel for an overnight stay. Short walk to the BIC and town, staff friendly and helpful. Car park underneath was secure but no direct access in to the hotel but worth it for peace of mind. Room was excellent, bed really comfy and ensuite was a good standard. All you can eat buffet breakfast really good with lots of choice and check in and out was painless, would stay again and recommend.

Pleasant short stay at Hampton by Hilton. Ideal location near beaches and town centre. Room was good size, modern facilities and breakfast is a generous serving. I’ll be going back to stay in August.

Amazing stay. Staff at the reception and breakfast was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options. We managed to get a room with a seaview. Room was cosy with a little sofa, wifi was fast and TV was operating as it should. Bathroom and the room were clean. Air con worked with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent breakfast choices & good parking

Staff are efficient but not particularly warm/friendly. The rooms are decent, but this is the second room where I have had no TV signal at all! Luckily not a lot worth watching but would be cost better from a Hampton. I think going to a premier inn plus room now gives more facilities than a Hilton nowadays.

The usb ports on room didn't work. And no spare plugs at reception which would of been very handy! Room

Breakfast menu was a bit less comparing with other Hamptons for example tomatoes and cucumbers, fresh fruit stand, etc. Apart from that everything was great!

The breakfast was very good & the staff were very quick in clearing the tables & refilling the food. Our room was very clean. When we arrived we were asked to pay for 2 nights parking but I think we should have been told that if you take your car out you might not get a space again. We went to see some friends on the Saturday afternoon & when we arrived back at 5pm there were no spaces so had to park in the public car park. The receptionist said she would refund 1 days parking so hopefully that has happened. We might have used public transport to see our friends if thought the car park would be full.

2 very minor issues These will not stop me recommending your hotel 3 person room. Only 2 glasses. Tissue box in shower room was empty except for 2 tissues. Thank you for allowing us into the room early. Life saver as we drove from Gloucestershire to attend a wedding the same day. So we were able to freshen up and get changed. We only slept in the room for t The one night. Very quiet room. Breakfast spot on Thank you
