Clean and new. Its a bit of a walk to the beach as its near the main road. And the walk to the beach from the hospital area is very narrow and not a good area but the Dmall way isthe better way to the beach. The receptionists were cery nice and upgrade us to a better room with d piil view

The receptionists were amazing esp Cheng,shes still trainess but shes doing a great job and shes always smiling despite its very busy, and MJ too shes very nice and helpful. I like all the staff as they always kind and smiling.Best service. Esp Angelo at the Towel station in the Pool area. Housekeepers were very amazing as well. We have a cleab room everyday and refill whatever we need in the room. Thank you for making us feel like royals with your amazing service. And by the way the breakfast buffet so delicious. Hennan never fails this is my Home away from home. Second time here and i will come back again next time i travel to Philippines. Thank you guys

Bad bad costumer service, dirty place bad environment

This really is a great property and I very much appreciate not only their attention to detail but the warmth of the staff. As you can probably tell from my profile we are not novice travelers - we will be on the road for almost 6 months this year. We have stayed in nicer resorts but none of them had employees that were so welcoming and friendly. Not to say that this is not a nice resort but the warmth of the employees really stands out. The property is in a great location right on the beach and has lots of amenities. Restaurants bars and buffet - pretty much all you can want. There are multiple nice pools although limited seating at some of them. Lots of seating out on the beach. The beach here really stands out for all of the resorts and businesses that are located directly on it. It's a great place to take a sunset stroll and there are many bars, fire shows and restaurants to be enjoyed. We have breakfast every morning at Christina's restaurant and all the staff is too many to name individually they were fantastic. And made us feel like home they greeted us like family each day and the food was exceptional.

Very nice location. I really wish it didnt rain. But overall i love it. I can't wait to come back for another vacation.

Overall the property is great 👍 we have enjoyed everything the dining staff were wonderful and friendly. The office staff are snobs they don’t greet or acknowledge.

Best hotel

We were given a room too far away from the front of the hotel.no consideration that we are seniors. The walkway is not at all level and my husband tripped, landed like 6 feet from where he tripped. Landed on his knees, elbows and forehead. We asked for ice and applied it to his forehead. He got dizzy after the fall. We told that they will inform the manager in the morning.

The breakfast, room, staff and surroundings were excellent

Our 2nd stay in this property. We love that the hotel is close to the beach, D'mall and talipapa. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Henann Regency is still the best place to stay in Boracay. Everyone is friendly and everything are excellent. We’ll definitely be back soon. It’s the “cherry on top” of a Boracay Vacation.

Good clean and comfortable, with access to he beach the hotel has a few restaurants to choose from and a loungr bar which makes good cocktails and drinks and open till late. Hotel is also walking distance from dmall. Beach mats and towels are provided for too. Breakfast selection is decent and staff are friendly.

I didn’t like that I was asked to pay for going to the gym! I was shocked. I never have seen that in all my worldly travels at any hotels

The only group of resorts with ANALOG cable service. I stayed in Henann PRIME & Regency. Both with analog cable ?? Five star with analog cable service...

Nice place to stay in boracay. Very accommodating and helpful staff. I would recommend this place
