You are required to present valid government-issued identification (locals) and passports (foreign nationals) at check-in, along with credit card to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.
Extra Person/ Extra Kid Policy : Number of person/s included per room rate is based on standard occupancy. All room types are good for 2 persons except for Family Room, Royal Suite and Presidential Suite good for 4 persons only. Extra person and extra kid fees shall apply for an excess number of person (maximum one person only) per room. Extra fees to be collected at the Frontdesk upon check-in. PHP 1,456.00 per person per night (regular rooms) while PHP 2,464.00 per person per night (all Suite Rooms), however, these rates are still subject to change without prior notice, prevailing rate shall apply upon payment.
Child Policy (Age during the travel date): 0 - 4 - Free of Charge/ Sneak-in (no bed) | (maximum one infant only); excess infant – kid rate shall apply 5 - 9 - Kid Rate shall apply 10 yrs old and above - considered Adult | Extra Person Rate shall apply *present valid ID with birthdates (birth certificate if no ID) upon check-in, otherwise, adult rate shall apply* Children 5-9 years old can no longer stay for free as we are now charging them the kid fee, only kids 4 years old and below are free of charge (maximum of 1 kid per room can be treated as free/sneak-in).
A credit card incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. Should there be no charges incurred during the stay, credit card pre-authorization will be canceled upon check-out, refund is then subject to issuing bank’s policy.
Airport transfer is available at an additional charge. In order to reserve it, please inform the property of your flight arrival details at least 24 hours before arrival date, otherwise, transfers won’t be arranged.
Please be informed that Superior Rooms can either have 2 single beds or 1 king bed (subject to availability). Rooms have no veranda, no view and no bathtub at all. All rooms are located at the North Wing.
Room rates on December 31, 2025 (New Year's Eve) and February 16 & 17,2026 (Chinese New Year) include a common buffet dinner. Minimum of 2 persons and 4 persons for Family Room, Royal Suite and Presidential Suite. To guarantee your reservations, an extra person is also required to pay for dinner upon check-in based on the prevailing rate. Kid rate and charge will be determined on-site depending on their height. Mandatory Dinner will still be charged even if guests cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.
