The room was clean, with comfortable twin beds. The toilet, shower and basin were all separate which was useful. Although this was a 'premium' room, there was virtually no storage except for a small hanging space. No fridge and the 'cool cupboard', which has no adjustable temperature control, says 'not suitable for food' so I am not sure what it is for! There is no kettle but free tea and coffee is available in the bar, which no-one tells you about so I didn't find it for 24 hours.
The staff were all very friendly except for one: If you opt not to have your room cleaned, you have £5 credit in the bar. However I was very angry because when I asked about this after a day, I was assured that I could save it until the following day but, when I went the next day, the barman refused to honour this promise so I lost that credit.
The breakfast is good with everything you would expect except that there was only fruit yoghurt on our 3 mornings, no natural, unsweetened.
