The best hotel I have been to in UK

房間很整潔，空間也足夠，職員非常友善，很願意幫忙

簡單乾淨的住宿，好吃的早餐，整體來說很棒！

La chambre est très bien, tout est propre. Le personnel n est pas très aidant, nous avons fait le check in et out seul a une borne automatique, pas un bonjour ou au revoir ils sont sur leur tablette et ne vous regarde pas , c est dommage!

The location is wonderful, genuinely great spot. The soaps etc in the shower are weirdly good which I appreciated. The place is a bit run-down (makes sense for a high volume / high turnover space). The shower wouldn't close neatly and due to design meant a constant flooding risk. There is a timer for the room lighting and aircon that turns off automatically, no chance of getting any control of the room temp. There is a fridge in the room which is ok but has a sign saying no food or medication to be stored (as it wasn't super cold I guess). I was in a basement room which was fine but the noise from I assume upstairs was next level. Hours of dragging and scraping and I assume moving furniture post breakfast etc. It was genuinely ridiculous, I suggest asking for a higher floor. Breakfast was hotel passable but probably not worth the cost. There is no attempt to direct the hoardes of people checking in or waiting for buses daily so it was often hard to navigate in and out. It's fine if you get a good rate and you're OK with all of these points.

Hotellet är helt okej med ett bra läge, promenadavstånd överallt. Jag hade förväntat mig mer när jag bokade Premium Twin-rum till ett ganska högt pris, vi fick ett rum utan fönster, det var ändå okej, tyst, sköna sängar, bra luft och rent, förutom att heltäckningsmattan var lite fläckig. Frukosten var inte särskilt rolig men kanske typiskt brittisk. Personalen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam och bra med kaffe och te i baren. De snacks och drycker som går att köpa i hotellobbyn är dock helt orimligt dyra, typ 80 kronor för en yoghurt och 70 kronor för en chokladbit. Ett blandat betyg till detta hotell men vi sov gott och hade en bra vistelse i Edinburgh så helt okej.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche de la vieille ville, et de la nouvelle. Cafés, restos nombreux et accessibles à pied. Très bien desservis en transports en commun. Nous avions une grande chambre pour 4 personnes avec 2 lits doubles. La chambre est grande, lumineuse, mais vue sur la cour intérieur avec les moteurs de climatisation. Nous n’avons pas aimé que la salle de bain soit entièrement ouverte, la douche et les WC donnent directement dans la chambre, aucune intimité à 4, pas terrible ! La porte de palier cogne dès que quelqu’un passe, c’est désagréable. Par contre, nous n’entendions pas le bruit des autres chambres. Pour un 4 étoiles, le service est limité, ça fait chaîne hôtelière. On peut s’attendre à plus de services.

Precisa melhorar as condições de contenção de água do box, e disponibilizar um frigobar no quarto, imprescindível em um hotel que pretende ser 04 estrelas ( o que não é).

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerati i prezzi di Edimburgo. In zona buone possibilità per cenare. Collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici per le varie direzioni a circa 10 minuti a piedi.

The rooms were amazing and clean. Tbe staff was very helpful. We didn't eat or drink there so don't have anything to say about that
