YOTEL Edinburgh

Loved the modern look and feel of the hotel .personally i couldnt fault it from my visit ..only issue was with the tv signal in the room which was resolved the next day .

We had a fabulous stay, the hotel was spotlessly clean & the staff were attentive and friendly. We had breakfast everyday and it was always freshly prepared & beautifully cooked. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Overnight stay. Room clean. Good condition. Only negative was noise from above from 7:30 am like tables or chairs being dragged over floor.

Lovely clean and tidy. Rooms weak equipped. The breakfast is not worth the cost.

Centrally located both to walk and for bus /tram stops within 5-10 minutes. Ergonomically planned rooms with enough space to unpack tidily. No kettle but the Ben to cup coffee on tap downstairs is brilliant.

Yotel has very clean rooms. The physical building is very nice and it's in a good location, walkable distance to everything. However, it does not have memory foam beds as listed. They are the old spring beds and very uncomfortable. The room has only one small stool to sit on. There is no workstation or table to sit at. There is no where to unpack your bag as there are only a few hangers for your clothes. No drawers to put anything in so I ended up with my open suitcase in the middle of the floor, which is limited space. There is no coffee or tea pot in the room. The breakfast is buffet style with a hot pot of eggs, sausages, beans, etc. They also had croissants and other pastries, as well as cereal and yogurt. While the selection sounds good, the breakfast was just okay. I was not impressed. The staff at this hotel is what makes the difference. They were all kind and helpful. I would not stay again because of the uncomfortable bed. However, I appreciate the staff and how clean the room was.

Everything was spotless, location was great, easy check in and check out.

Clean room with no tea or coffee making facilities which for the price you would assume this was standard ? We had to self checkin even though 3 members of staff stood behind a desk talking and had to find key cards to make our key. Get the rationale behind this but people queuing and having 3 staff stood there seems a waste of time.

It was very practical and everything worked very well. Only i did not like breakfast, but it is optional.

Good location. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very clean, with a very smooth check-in and check out process. Would definitely consider again on a return to Edinburgh.
