房間很整潔，空間也足夠，職員非常友善，很願意幫忙

Personnel Exceptionnel Déjeuner Chambre Très Propre

The hotel was clean and bright. This is off the Royal Mile (10-15 minute walk) in a quieter area. There are a ton of resturants around.

No Window in our room it's not aceptable. sofa bed was terrible. you destroy my back for 1 night. Will follow formal complain to your hotel

We had a premium king room. The room was about 3 feet bigger than the bed, no place to be other than in the bed. No in room coffee…I know but that’s how I function…but it was free downstairs. A digital heat/air system that had us baffled and cold. On the plus side it was in a quiet area, two blocks off Princess Street and 15 minutes walking from Dean Village.

Rooms are OK even if water is always slipping from the shower. Breakfast is not the best aspect of this hotel. Last time I found dirty towels and sheets. They also offer a voucher for who doesn’t request the room cleaning, which is a nice initiative. On the other hand they have many limitations of its usage making less useful. So after you fall in the trick you don’t do it or at least only for the environment.

Excelente la habitación, el cafecito de cortesía al regresar después de los días tan fríos fue una buena atención y la ubicación del hotel es excelente para caminar fácilmente a la Ciudad Vieja

Nice quiet clean hotel. Great location. Breakfast basic but reasonable start to the day. Staff very accomodating. Good value for the money.

The location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh on foot. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by. The room was very comfortable and clean.

No boiled egg

Great rooms and breakfast bar. Easy access to old town and lounge is lovely to rest between adventures.

The bar selection was limited and Staff were at times not able to cope with the number of customers but I stayed here for two days and I thought it was great otherwise. The hotel is central, the room is clean and comfortable and that is all I needed.

The room was so nice and everyone was so friendly and supportive. The adjustable beds were fantastic! Being able to order food 24/7 was such a nice feature!

Je recommande cet hôtel à proximité des attractions d'Edimbourg. L'hôtel était propre, le personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous avions s une grande chambre avec une literie confortable. Le seul bémol est la salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre mais on s'est adapté.

Bien, estancia agradable y ubicada.

Muito satisfeitos com a hospedagem. Hotel bonito, com instalações e funcionários ótimos que nos deixaram felizes. Estive com a minha esposa por duas diárias e gostaríamos de ficar muitas outras. O hotel fica em um área nobre a 10 minutos caminhando até a avenida principal da cidade. Recomendo com certeza.
