Clean rooms and very friendly staff!

Clean room and good space for family. Nice roof deck and decent breakfast options. Central location in Madrid. Room windows were great to keep out the outside noise. But WiFi was spotty and streaming to tv non functional in one room because of WiFi

Elena at the front desk was outstanding—helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to assist us and made our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, making it very convenient to get around. My family and I were very satisfied with our stay and truly appreciated the excellent service we received.

Non, la chambre n'es pas en bonne état, pas au standard d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le lit très petit et avait des tâches d'urine. Réfrigérateur très bruyant, surtout la nuit.

Es la tercera vez que me alojo aquí, y cada año que pasa es mucho más caro y las habitaciones están en peores condiciones. Los jabones de la ducha rotos y sueltos, no funcionaba la climatización de la habitación y no funcionaba la cisterna

O quarto era muito bom, a limpeza ótima, toda a equipe muito gentil e educada, com especial a equipe que serve o café da manhã. A localização é excelente

Elena at the front desk was amazing, everyone was incredibly hospitable. Hotel was in the perfect location, right next to the metro and nearly everything we wanted to see was walkable. The downstairs area was incredibly helpful for us to decompress, change, and go about our day before our 3:00pm check-in. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rigtig godt hotel - meget for pengene!

I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle service. It said to mention this so it could be scheduled. When I checked in (Friday) I mentioned needing the airport shuttle on Monday morning. I was told they could help me schedule a taxi. No shuttle. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to go to the lobby to make a request. Coffee was only instant. Breakfast didn’t start until after 8am so we were unable to use the breakfast we added to our 2nd night. Rooms were fine but shower amenities did not fit in the holders and could not be used. A weird side table blocked the fridge and needed to be moved to access it. Without the airport shuttle I would definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Très bon séjour et bon accueil, la chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Seulement petit bémol sur les rideaux et le bruit. J’étais au premier étage côté gran via, malgré du double vitrage c’est tout de même un peu bruyant mais surtout les rideaux laissent passer la lumière et donc difficile de dormir.
